Seems to be a Titans Return trend. Galvatron also has it really bad, and Fort Max and PMOP are the only (non-Titan Master/Legends) TR toys to not have the hands fold into their forearms.

Yeah, I know. All I'm saying is that with Optimus being a Magnus remold, I didn't expect the arms to be worse than Magnus'.

I actually really like the look of the new powermaster prime. He is an automatic buy for me. Maybe I am not nitpicking as closely as I could but I think the pictures we have right now look pretty awesome.

A lot of keyboard warriors, I would never talk to someone like that in their face or online, just a total lack of respect.

I totally agree i will finally have a definitive CHUG Optimus, for me no other CHUG Optimus figure has hit that mark till now.

Hate to say it, but mold for this figure is probably already made and they wouldn't retool it without extra costs.

While I agree they're pretty much done and won't make any changes, it might cost them slightly less to take out a part. More like detooling rather than retooling :lol

That kid pretty much brings it on himself, though. Overall, he acts like an ass and doesn't expect anyone to call him out on his actions. When people do so, they're being "mean" and "unfair" to him. Even for a kid, he has a high level of immaturity. Reality is going to hit him like fucking train at some point and it won't be pretty.

I have some issues with this figure, but PM Prime has been my favorite G1 figure since I was a kid and I'm fully on board for this release. I think it's a great effort overall. In fact, I will definitely be buying multiples.

It sucks, but there's the Internet for you. I've been on these boards for several years and can't honestly remember a time when changes were made to a figure this close to production as a result of a petition. They just don't work.

I think most of the responses were due to the fact that every time a figure is shown that doesn't meet someone's expectations, there are a hundred "petition to change x figure" threads that appear. Try not to take it personally.

If it makes you fell better, I like the change that you posted. If possible, I may see about making that change to one of the figures that I'll be buying.

I'm a little confused here. The picture you showed looks exactly like the PM Prime we're getting, only without that chest piece covering his grille. So why don't you just take that piece off when you get your Prime, instead of asking all of us to write a pointless petition to Hasbro?

    Ok.
First of all if you don't like it don't get. If you want it but don't want the chest peice just take it off.

    Petition? Pfft. It won't work.

Also if there's to be any petition it would be to ban petitions on here.

I'm stoked for Hasbros Powermaster Optimus Prime as is. It looks unfinished just as a grill.

I could see some disappointment that there is not a smaller optimus prime in there. But their doing more than enough to homage the whole legacy of powermaster prime.

Good idea. Hasbro needs to know they owe us what we want, not what they want to give us.

I don't think I've ever seen a more entitled post on this forum. Hasbro doesn't "owe" us jack-diddly. And it sure as hell ain't about what they "want to give us." Hasbro isn't the fandom's personal toy-making bitch. Hasbro's a kid's toy company and right now they're about breaking even with all this awesome shtuff they're pumpin out. It's about what they can give us and will give us. If you don't like it, either fix it or don't buy it. In this case, it's an ungodly simple fix. If the chest assembly is anything like Ultra Magnus (and it likely will be), you can literally just pop off the chest piece you don't like. Hasbro's willing to listen to the fans to an extent, but there's a huge difference between listening to the fans and being a servant. And if they aren't our servant that caters to our every whim, you people think they're deaf to the fandom and don't care at all. No offense, but ya'll need to get over yourselves. As collectors, we're not the masters of Hasbro and they don't owe us a damn thing.

At least you didn't go around other threads and spread the word about Sky-Lynx needing to split into two parts multiple times before making a petition thread, unlike the OP of this thread, who did pretty much do this sort of thing, except replacing Sky-Lynx not being able to split into two with TR Optimus Prime's chest.

I'm sure no one is trying to be a jerk, Hasbro already has made this figure and thats how its going to look. I personally am just tired of petitions cause they don't work and the changes in my eyes are not needed, as someone else said taking that plate away makes him look unfinished.

Besides I don't think I've never been more excited for a figure like Powermaster Optimus Prime.

idk i like the other version better. the grill just makes it look like hasbro forgot he was a powermaster.

the actual "grill" stomach plate, makes him look like a powermaster. even though he should be called headmaster optimus prime. but yea; i vote for the way it is to be released instead.

My only beef is that the front windows in vehicle mode is took small. Same thing with Magnus. But both toys looks great.
