Ah your right! I knew they looked familiar and Seaclamp is one of the few BW figs I have left. Thanks! I don't think 23 is BW Neo Randy. His arms didn't have pegs on them

Well I thought 27 could have been a model kit version of Halfshell from God Neptune, but honestly can't find anything corroborating that. Looking at the Kabaya version it's a bloody fist piece in an arm. Since I don't have the set can't honestly check and see if it could be it. The color fits God Neptune but that's about all I got.
