Hi I just pre ordered 2 items from tfsource. I did not use the stack option, will they ship as they become in stock or will they wait to ship until they are both in stock? This is my first time pre ordering from tfsource and I find it to be much more confusing than bbts...

 

If you ordered them in the same order, they'll wait until both are in stock.

 

Oh, lame. Oh well thanks for the reply! I sent them a message saying that I want them to ship as they come in, hopefully they can make the adjustment.

No, they hold the one that they have, and wait until they get the other in.

Does anybody have experience working with tfsource? I requested in a message that they ship as they come in. Both items are over $150 and I chose free shipping. I don't see why they couldn't modify my order, right? My second item is fanstoys stomp and I really don't want to wait until June to get quakewave and stomp. It's bad enough that they charged me up front... I hope they make it right.

 

Their customer service is very slow. You'll have to be patient with them.

 

I've got patients, as long as they send me quakewave once he's in stock... I mean I just paid $355 upfront, it's the least they could do...

So does anybody know if tfsource is good about refunding pre paid pre orders? Official shockwave just got announced and the fact that I used tfsources crappy pre order system for quakewave has me stressed...
