Personally I love the legion class transformers, even the ones that aren't "G1 perfect" (Huffer, Warpath, etc.,.). And with Shockwave coming up being added to mix, do you have a desire to have all characters eventually released in the legion class. Think of Prowl, Sunstreaker, Hound, Galvatron all done in this scale. It may take 10 years, but would you be a consumer. This could then also pave the way to release a Character like Broadside in voyager or even leader class and be somewhat playable. I just think the engineering that these figures are getting, is great. They feel sturdy, there are no real issues I have had with mine. I would love to see there take even on the triple changers. Granted they would be simplified, but I'd love to see them. And at 10 bucks a pop they wouldn't break the bank.

*edit* Just to clarify, I'm not talking about the old legends class, but the new better articulated Legion class, with Optimus, Megatron, Bumblebee, and Starscream as wave one that has continued into the CW line.

I'm all for that size class. Simple but interesting transformations, decent price for the size, and most importantly: space. Collecting an entire cast (G1, movies, or otherwise) can take up a ton of space, so these guys are perfect for me.

    Short answer: yes please.

Prowl and Hound have been done already.

I've gotten all the molds and remolds released since this class has first been introduced. My drawer is full!

I only want Insecticons, Deluxe Insecticons, Autobot Mini-Bots and city Drones at this size class.

I'm not a fan of this size class with the exception of a few. PRiD Arcee, CW Groove, and just because he connects to Menasor and he was a micromaster in the G1 comic, Blackjack

Prowl and Hound have not been done in the "new" legion scale. They were done in the old simplified legends class.

I would enjoy seeing, and hope it does come to, a good G1 cast at the Legends size class. Especially the Hound that was mentioned, who is always welcome in my displays.I like the transformations, how little space they take up which allows for display options and their articulation. I also think toys of the class look pretty good with combiners.

As much as I would love the entire 84'-85' cast and beyond in this scale, I'm still waiting for them to finish up the Minibots.

Ideally though I'd love me a Jazz and Combiners. Oh oh and let's not forget Monsterbots, Sharkticons(will this ever come to fruition!?!?!), Throttlebots, and Seekers(need the coneheads).

Just to clarify by "Legion" you mean the new Legends class scale figures which are used as the smaller add ons, weapons and chest plates for Combiner Wars gestalts. Legends is the word you needed to use in the thread title...

Legends used to mean the smaller guys but now the combiner wars legends figures, of which you speak, are commander scale. Legion now is the term for the smaller guys hound, jazz, prowl etc. Legends is the next size up, aka Commander scale.

    Any clearer. Lol

To answer the question, they can go ahead and do exactly what you are talking about. I would be more than happy. I have already started collections in all variations of legion and commander, and commander and say scout class.... I'm waiting for the bones 3p or hasbro throw us. Next wave of CW legends after Shockwave are just going to be mostly cassettes and that is no good....

Ugh... lol. I apologize for confusing everyone. I mean the "commander class" or what Cha Chi said.

Personally, I like the scales how they are. Having Optimus and Megatron bigger than Jazz, Prowl, Hound and the rest is just right. Using the Legends scale for the larger characters, with the Legion scale being for everyone else works.

I had an issue with 2 of these guys so far. Don't know if it's mold degredation, too much pant, or what. Picked up the Cliffjumper and Surpressor set and the Gears and Eclipse set. Supressor cracked along the main joint but at least he can still transform to all three modes without falling apart too bad. Gears on the other hand had a pin in his leg put in the wrong way, completely preventing him from transforming. I tried forcing it and he broke at the joint. Not impressed

If they do make the entire line up in Legends scale, I'd like for them to make Deluxes of the characters that have not been covered at that size class. Gears and the like. I'd also like them to keep the Legion running. Even getting out some more repaints would be great. I'd love for them to get around to Smokescreen, Sunstorm and Acid storm as far as canon repaints go, and then maybe get around to some Diaclone themed repaints. There are at least 3 for the Trailcutter mold alone, and I also wouldn't say no to a Slicer repaint of TFP Legion Wheeljack.

I would prefer not. Keep the current Generations Legends class as a way to release smaller characters that we wouldn't be getting otherwise instead of rehashing characters that have already had several "Classics" figures done up until this point.

The Deluxe class especially is retreading a lot of ground that's already been covered with Combiner Wars.

There's still plenty of Minibots/Insecticons/tapes/miscellaneous that can be covered in Legends that would never see the light of day as Deluxe/Voyager/Leader scale characters.

    Commander- Prime Cyberverse, almost Scout-scale.
    Legends- the new Commanders, basically.
Legion- the name for the old Legends. Small, less articulated than modern Legends.

Gimmie Kickback, Barrage out of Bombshell, and Venom! (And I guess Ransack out of Kickback? I dunno, I like bugs and all, but black/yellow grasshopper --> black/yellow grasshopper just seems redundant. Maybe color him like RiD Kickback instead?)

BW characters would be fun, especially since they're "supposed" to be tiny.

And since I'm dreaming, some of the littler Movieverse bots like the Doctor, Frenzy, Brains, etc.. I wouldn't mind if they were "Classics-ified" like RtS Lugnut was.
