    Hey guys, did anyone else buy a KO set of G1 Devastator from the seller 3.hk766? eBay sent me a notification that the listing has been removed and the seller is no longer registered. But he had marked my item as shipped. What should I do? :eek:

    I bought a mp 22 Magnus for 20 dollars and the next day the seller is no longer registered. Got my money back today. Only took 3 days.

    Alot of times they put in bogus tracking info to buy themselves time to disappear. Email him, file claim saying he isnt responding and that listing was removed. Sometimes they expedite the process

    Hate to say it but $16 will obviously be for one of the many KO's of this guy.

    You could dispute it, but chances are the seller has shipped the KO already?

    He claims to have shipped it already but didnt provide a tracking number. I opened a dispute with eBay but they will only step in on 4th Sept. Im not sure if I should wait till then or go thru Paypal

    The 4th is only Friday. I would wait and let eBay handle it. The one time they had to do it for me they gave me the money back very fast. I didn't have to contact paypal at all.

    At least it's only $16. I got taken on a $88 MP-10U. Price was high enough that it seemed reasonable and low enough to get a lot of takers.

    Definitely file a claim with Ebay. They'll rule in your favor. I bought a KO HA Soundwave, the seller provided a bogus tracking number, then became no longer registered. Got my money back almost immediately.

    Nope. I asked for one and he told me he'll inform me again. A few hours later his listings are removed and hes no longer a registered eBay user. Pfft

    Just let eBay handle it, you'll get your money back when it's over, and will keep in mind that super cheap KO scams from Chinese sellers are very common on eBay.
