    Ebay:
glad you got some kind of communication. its not resolved yet until you get your part and refund of course but at least its progress.

this has been going on for 4 months? how long does it take them to update a email system? good grief. they could at least post the updated email address on their website so people would know. that's kinda shady to me.

Fortunately, other e-retailers also offer free shipping too (Toy Dojo and Captured Prey, etc.)

Sorry to bring back an old thread. But, I’ve had some problems with customer service from TF Source as well. It’s been 5 business days, and now that I’ve finally got a response they are saying since it’s been more than 30 days since my purchase I have to pay for the replacement part. No big deal, except the part can’t be removed without breaking the figure. I emailed them back and I’m not sure I have the patience to wait another 3 business days for a response. I have about 1K in Pre-orders with them, but I’m thinking of cancelling everything and taking my business elsewhere. I used to get everything from BBTS, but due to their start of taxing me for every purchase, made me leave that site. Any recommendations for a company with better customer service?

Chosen Prime or Toy Dojo are good choices. Never had any problems with either. I don't order much from Toy Dojo, but when I have they have good customer service and super fast shipping times. Chosen Prime sometimes takes a bit longer to ship things out once you put in an order than Toy Dojo, but their customer service is fantastic. Chosen Prime also has a point system for purchases similar to Tfsource.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve ordered a few things from both stores. I just haven’t had the misfortune of requireing customer service. I think I’ve pretty much decided if I can’t get a reasonable response by the end of today I’m leaving TF Source for good. I spend too much on figures to deserve poor customer service and response times. 5 business days is just too much in my opinion. Am I being reasonable?

It depends on the item in question. If it's official or 3rd party, The Chosen Prime, Agabyss, Ages 3 & Up, Toy Dojo... All are great. If it's an official figure, you can contact Hasbro and see if they'll do a replacement (I don't recommend it.)

If it's none of those, then you'll have to find a retailer that carries a wide selection and if that's what you're looking for, then BBTS or Entertainment Earth is your best bet.

You're being more than reasonable. There is no reason for communication (it's just an email, remember!) to take 5 business days. The longest I ever had to wait with BBTS was 3 days because I emailed them after hours on Friday and they responded on Monday. Heck, you can call TFSource. Most cell phones provide unlimited long distance, and even some landlines do. Might be your best bet to get someone to talk to you right now.

If they're that backed up, then that tells me they're not handling their business right. (And they've proven that in the past.)

I tried calling today. No response. Left a message at 9am EST. Still no response. I emailed them saying to call me. No response. If this is how their customer service is to a long time customer than they don’t deserve my business.

That's astounding. There's no reason for that level of incompetence. It's an email or a phone call and there's no holiday this week, so they can't blame it on that. They're just absolutely incapable of running a business and they're all a bunch of wo/manchildren putting on their big people pants.

Absolutely ridiculous. Continually steeling my resolve to not use them, even as a last resort. UGH!

I’ve purchased items from BBTS. And even months later they promised to help me at no charge. I’m just not sure why TF Source would not want to take care of a customer that’s spent thousands of dollars in their store. They risk all of my future business, and me spreading the news of their poor customer service. So bizarre. I’ll update if I get any resolution.

I know this thread is quite old but it seemed the most relevant one to post this on. Has anyone else on here been unable to use the "Email Us" link from the TFSource website? I click on it & nothing happens, no loading nada. I even try to open it in a new window & the window is just a blank screen that doesn't load either. Does anyone on here have the TFSource customer service email address available to post for manual entry to compose an email question to them?
