A while back we had a "favorite Combiner Wars limb" (link to that incoming), and...c'mon, let's have one for least favorites.

(and yeah, I put in the Protectobots, cuz they're out nowish)

So what is your least favorite limb?

Mine is.......well....... Alpha Bravo.

....as a limb.

As a figure he's fine, but as a limb? Eh... The propellers annoy me in arm mode, and in leg mode he has that wonky peg that doesn't sit quite right.

Breakdown.
The second worst goes to Skydive.

 

Definitly Breakdown. His altmode and limb modes are good, but robot mode? I can't stand his legs.

I also dislike Offroad as an arm (like him as an individual and a leg) because his legs won't stay tabbed together when you pose him and his arms don't really have anywhere to go.

 

As a limb, Rook. I love him as an individual thou. Hulk hands FTW.

As an individual, Breakdown. Just very awkward.

 

Scrapper

if they have to sacrifice a very basic point of articulation just to keep that part of the limb stable then it isn't doing its job properly. It should have been redesigned like Mixmaster.

 

Off road. I don't like the backpack in robot mode it is to high and clashes with the shoulder pads. Leg mode and truck mode are good but there isn't much change. Arm mode sucks.

 

they're all pretty bad, but i guess firefly because not only is the engineering bad but he also randomly has a toy based face when everyone else is toon based.

 

Breakdown. When I saw him in person at a local Wal-Mart, I was disappointed with the way he turned out.

All of the Airealbots, sans Alpha Bravo. Never liked Superion.

 

I have to vote for Breakdown for pretty much the same reason a lot of people have already brought up. Great vehicle mode but I don't like the hips.

 

Groove.

Because he's the most expensive.

Kidding aside, Breakdown. Granted, I have yet to handle any in person (I only released my POL yesterday), but he looks so blocky.

 

Breakdown. He's fine from the waist up but those stupid hips, barely there thighs and huge open space below the knee are terrible.

What the hell were they thinking?

 

Firefly easily. He isn't bad by any means he's just boring. I actually like Breakdown once you figure out how his hips and legs work properly. Or maybe I just got lucky and both of mine have legs that tab together perfectly and nice tight hip joints.

 

I think skydive should be up there simply because his wings fall off too easily. Alpha bravo for his shear lack of character. it would be nice if all the filler bots stood out like Rook but I'm not sure if all the original characters do.

I'm not agreeing about breakdown. He isn't a modern feeling toy but I don't think that's the point in his case.

 

How is he boring??? He's the best of all the Arielbots!
The blue visor works perfectly with the orange head, and the paint job brings out the best of the mold.
He's full of articulation too.

 

Somehow I have a feeling you'd be seriously biased towards him.

 

I don't any CW figure yet, so I have to judge by looks alone. Personally, I hate Alpha Bravo. It's not that he's a bad figure in itself, it's just that a helicopter looks so out of place flying in a plane formation. I was so glad to learn Takara replaced him with Slingshot.
