I bought something from Daelite20 a little while ago and it came incomplete. I haven't heard a word in two months trying to see how we can make it right. Did he leave the game? I mainly ask because I have some big ticket items in preorder, and it would suck if he's packed up overnight.

(Also, I want my Mugan Scope heads!)

 

I think he's on vacation. There was a post on the boards somewhere on here about it. I'd do a search.

 

From what was said in the Apollyon thread; he went on vacation and only left up Apollyon since it's not coming up for sale while he'll be gone. Don't have any other info other than that.

Yeah, its very strange that it's been this long with only 1 item for sale. I've ordered from him before and got great service. But i also ordered from Maiden Japan and got great service but look what happened to others.

 

Yeah, this is what makes me nervous. If you decide you really don't care you can cash in a reputation for a pretty nice sendoff gift.

 

It hasn't been two months, I received an email from them on March 23 stating he would be out of town.

 

Gonna need those folks who don't actually know what they are talking about to back off from rumor mongering and making negative assumptions. You people just can't resist an opportunity to stir up trouble or try to tear down someone else's hard work, can you?

Aces is a top notch operation, period. They are taking a break and will be back.

 

He used all the Apollyon pre-order money to skip town. His "vacation" is permanent. Seriously though, I hope he shows back up soon. I pre-ordered Apollyon back in October so if he doesn't send it, I am out of luck.

i've bought from him before with no problems... assuming this will be the same thing once he gets back in the swing of things.

 

I just wish he'd set up a bounce back or something for those of us with customer service issues. It's very discouraging.

 

He appears to be back and is slowly putting up his stock again.

 

Woo-hoo! I've always had good service with Aces, found some real gems through there at reasonable prices. This is good news for me.

The only regret I have is not having ordered all the TFC predaking figs when I had the chance.

I heard from a source, that shall remain nameless, that Aces didn't pay for their Apollyon shipment. Take that any way you want. Personally, I am ordering another and contacting paypal to see if I can get a refund. Sorry, but this is all I got. It is gonna stay "he told me". This is my final post on the Aces/Apollyon mystery.

 

I did a rather large trade with Aces/Datalite20 that spanned a few months for incoming figures - never had an issue with that and when I bought from his store - Hopefully for all this is just a he told me story.
