As much as I'd like to believe that Aces/Daelite20/Joseph Hernandez is taking steps to make things right, I have yet to see anything from him about refunding people. If he has time to post on a sales thread/Ebay to sell items, then why doesn't he have time to respond to emails sent to him? Or even post a message on his website/send emails to his shafted customers explaining what happened and what's being done to correct the issue? Or maybe, just maybe, post on the forums here at least? All signs and lack of effort on Aces/Daelite20/Joseph Hernandez part indicate that he has no intention of refunding anything to anyone (unless you're one of the few who managed to get his personal cell number and call him directly).

 

The scumbag isn't refunding my money either. I paid him $144 for a KFC DAI Stack way back in September last year. He promised he will hold the figure for me.

I have been sending him emails every week to find out the status of my stuff, or a refund. He just doesn't respond.

Now I am way past the Paypal deadline, as well as any credit card protection that I had.

So what ever happened with this situation?
As of this date hes still on ebay with a 100% positive feedback rating, but from the posts Ive read here that seems hard to believe.

 

I believe eBay's percentage score now has a 12-month window so negatives get pushed into just your negative counters.

 

Alot of people who got "screwed" by acestoystore were done so from purchases directly from his online store, not his eBay store. Can't give negative review on eBay if you don't buy from there. Now I put screwed in parenthesis because he did try to rectify the problem for alot of people.
