I'll actually probably buy a bit less than usual; I'm not interested in new figures of characters I already have better representations of (most legend redecos, cyclonus, leader thundercracker etc) though I'll probably get the masquerade prime combiner.

It already has. I wasn't intending to get anything but Superion and Megatron but everything is so good I bought all the Legends figures as well. The only thing I'm not going to get is Armada Megatron.

It'll probably be the reverse on the past two years in which case I spend most of what I can on TF with some Lego.
Probably already spent more this year than 2013 (although the fact that they are even in stores over here this year helps).

The combined forms look good, at least in the pictures, but when I saw Skydive and a few other figures in our local toy shop the other day I didn't like their robot modes at all and decided against buying them. Won't be spending more because of combiner wars, in other words.

1950s Tin robots, however, are another matter...

Definitely, otherwise I'd just be in for MPs and the various Thundercrackers. I'm set on at least 4 full teams before I think of quitting.

I've been more excited about CW than any line in recent memory. There are certain ones I don't have much interest in (leader Magnus, G1 & Armada Megatron, voyager Prime), but the Aerialbots and Stunticons have been awesome, and I can't wait for the rest.

Yeah, I'm spending a lot more.

Going to try to skip protectobots, but it depends on if Bruticus is announced.

Will it? I've already spent more on Transformers this year than I did in all of 2014!*

Only in the sense that I'll be springing the cash for the Takara versions of the CW gestalt gift sets.

Nope. Not everything coming out has tickled my fancy. Right now Dragstrip, Dead End and the legends figures are the only interests for me(until the Protectobots are released).

Yes,on collecting side I was quiet in 2014 and as a fan of 80's combiner teams, this series is awesome,it has revived my tf's interest.
These toys are great and also very cheap compared to 3rd parties products.
I've already CW G1 Optimus Prime and Motormaster.
Now I want to buy 4 Stunticon cars/limbs and as soon as are available, 6 Constructicons.
I'll display both teams in bot mode or vehicle, for most part.
I love them because are so bigger and so "toon accurated" than G1 version.

Yes! This line, combined with Masterpiece is a definite YES!!! I don't do movie toys, so last year was kind of slow. I just cherry-picked the Generations figures I liked. Add to that the discovery of pre-ordering from Japanese sites, I saved a bit of money. But this year, it's like I got to have all of the toys that are coming out (deluxe and voyager). I haven't said that in a while. Plus I'm not into the new animated line of toys, so it works out great!!!

    Generations/Combiner Wars and MP!!!!

I was about to focus solely on MPs before CW came along...so yes, definitely. I probably would have been able to resist Powerglide and Blackjack too, were it not for their interactivity with the gestalts.

I may not spend as much as I thought though, what with the rampant reuse of the same molds and all...we'll see. Not sure I want to spend $51 to buy the same helicopter three times to complete Superior, Defensor and Bruticus. If that sort of thing ends up happening, I might just complete two gestalts to represent the line and leave the others be.

I think I will spend more this year, only because with CW being the mainline, their is a lot more product coming down the pipe then their were in the last 2 years of Generations, plus the focus of the last 2 years was somewhat blah -- not interested in Armada homages, or additional bumblebees or the video game designs, I probably only got maybe 10-12 total TFS in 2013/14, I've certainly already got more than that this year.
