...so I just noticed, after the Mrs. subtly brought it to my attention last night, that a ton of things on "my Xmas List" might not be available in time to be under the tree on Xmas morning.

Looks like Brawny, G1 Amazon Slog, Asia Ex Human Alliance double pack, and Rippersnapper (whatever his name is) are still pending release, right? Factor in shipping time, and who knows if it'll be here on time.

  ...I feel like a 7 year old again. lol

 

I feel the same way. Originally I had FT Swoop, Xtransbots Megs, Badcube Brawn & Outback and MP Magnus all on my list. Turns out we won't be seeing any of that stuff till January or later. So I'll probably end up with MP Smokescreen & Bumblebee.......hmmmmm, not that excited about them. She basically refuses to order from anyone but bbts either.

I guess at the end of the day I've got it pretty good seeing as she's bought me Scoria and Ollie this year.

It happens every year regardless of where you preorder them from. Personally I never count on any items due for release the 4 weeks before Christmas being under the tree on Christmas morning. This time of year is so busy for folks shipping items, be it wholesalers, online stores, etc that it's easy for things to get bet backed up.

 

I was really hoping for a MP Magnus under the tree. As long as it gets here eventually, I'll be happy, though.

 

Just save him for next year! Problem solved!

Yeah.. I usually get a bunch of jewelry boxes with photos of the figures that haven't yet arrived/released yet for Christmas.

I'm fine with it.. I try to make sure at least one or two things are readily available.

 

Dunno about everything else, but Brawny is definitely out, and sold out from some retailers. I've had mine for a few weeks now. IIRC, not all retailers released him at the same time, so you may wanna check a different store.

 

There's no way I could wait that long, and I feel I'm a pretty patient guy.

And you'd BETTER run!

hey atleast they are not things that were taken from you and sold to other folks....just saw the TRU / Kmart layaway debacle on GMA earlier....that sucks.

 

Legends Jetfire , MP Magnus , an Fanstoys swoop are all going to miss Christmas. Disappointed , yes . So now they are just going to be New Years gifts instead  

 

Was hoping for MP Ultra Magnus and FT Swoop but I'll have to settle for MP Bumblebee and TF1 Leader Brawl under the tree.

 

That happened to me with the Boosticus G2 upgrade set. Didn't get here until March.

 

I hope Santa gets me my Legends Powerglide and Thundercracker. I'll leave an extra dozen cookies if he gets me a Marvel Legends Captain Marvel as well.

 

Yeah i was hoping for Apollyon but that probaby won't be til next month. FT Swoop and DX9 will probably be a few days after Christmas. I was hoping for Terminus Hexatron to come out this week and get here before Christmas.

 

APS Barricade & Soundwave wont be under the tree on the 25th    

 

I planned on getting Combiner Wars figures for myself but I haven't found any so far

 

I'd don't even have a tree this year, so it's all moot anyways.
