It's mostly the same mold, with a slight head retool and retooled hips to make it more stable + poseable.

    What are you talking about?

Just turn the spoiler backwards in alt. mode and he can be a weapon just fine by having the combiner hand hold the axe handle.

Regular deco CW Prime works just fine. My Optimus combiner is those four limbs + regular Prime + chest Rodimus. Either version of Optimus will serve.

Battle Core looks great standalone, and not bad with the limbs. But, yeah. If you're not a huge fan of the official Maximus they look better with Red Prime.

Appreciate the responses to my question about Battle Core Prime. I know it was a dumb question but just wanted to be sure before possibly spending some money. I'll stick with the prime I already have.

    Thanks again!

Not sure where else to put this. I finally got my hands on a CW Motormaster through entertainment earth. He arrived yesterday. Got around to playing with him today and attaching the stunticons I have had for months. Turns out, Motormaster is missing a wheel on his left leg! I called up Hasbro to ask for a wheel, and the rep said they would be sending me out a whole new figure as long as it was in stock, or one of same value if it is not. Is this common practice? All I needed was a wheel, but I will gladly take a second figure for free.

I've had this same issue in the past when KREO have been missing parts. They're not able to ship individual parts, I'm guessing because they don't have those readily available.

What I will say, though, is odds are it's not a "second" figure for free. You'll likely have to ship back the defective one. Similar to an in-store exchange.

It was never mentioned. The rep said it would ship to me ASAP, and arrive within 7 business days.

That's cool if they are sending you a replacement, but just a heads up to double check the box for any receipt or shipping material, as the few times I've had to deal directly with them for replacements it came with the requirement that I send back the defective one. Mostly as evidence that I did in fact have said problem figure to begin with.

...what if they start remolding combiner torsos with headmaster ports?

Am I the only one that has been experiencing a lot of loose joints on CW figures? Not sure if it's because I pay more attention now, but I've been encountering them a lot. I just opened Prowl and one of his elbow is way looser than the other. It's to the point where he can't hold the foot/hand in a firing position in robot mode. Also opened Hotspot and his knees are loose enough that he can't stand well :/

i'd say about a tenth of my cw collection is like that, so its a hit and miss situation,

my mother said an entire endcap full of transformers was at the walmart she works at, i'll check it tomorrow and report back tomorrow night.

I got the deluxes of all the first 3 waves and I had to stuff nearly every hip joint of every deluxe I bought with paper towel bits to get them to hold up in arm mode. My Rook has loose hips, shoulders AND elbows. I had to preform surgery on them and insert blue painters tape to get elbows tight enough to even hold up the handfootguns in "hulk" mode. All but the Protectobots are packaged for sale so I can't remember exactly whose shoulders I had to pad, but there was a few.

Oddly the Blades/AB mold had ok hips, but the waist would flop side to side in arm mode.

Somebody compared TR Sentinel Prime to Galaxy Shuttle, which reminded me of somebody else they could retool CW Sky Lynx into...
