    Cool.

FYI the stickers look like they were applied on Jetfire and the armor.

I have had my Jetfire displayed in my basement - no natural sunlight, just normal basement lighting, for over 8 years. No yellowing or discoloration of any sort.
    Nice score.

awesome haul, I've had a white Jetfire on display for almost ten years, keep it out of the sun and massive heat and it'll stay white.

Yeah, i wouldn't be overly concerned with yellowing either; certainly if it's going to get in the way of your enjoyment of the figure. There are plenty of nice white Jetfires around.

    Fantastic score! Congrats!

Nice score but another point when it comes to the yellowing that ppl tend to forgett. Your hands are usually full of sweat, fat and other things. Handling your old toys and white ones particulary can in some cases activate discolaration and yelowing. I have never toyched my Jetfire and he resids in his box for 8 years..still today bonewhite.

That Jetfire will yellow it can't be stopped only delayed so if your gonna sell it do it sooner rather than later as for me i would keep it.

True. I think the white plastic that the 1/55 valks of robotech and jetfire are like the transmetal applications on the beast wars figures....some are destined to just decay/degrade/yellow and others are destined to just keep plugging along in a prestine condition.

i wouldn't be able to take them for free, personally. both of them are far too valuable. i would of compensated him somehow. but that is just me.

however, it is a nice "gift" as is. congrats!

Wow that is one generous co-worker. I agree with what others have said. You should try to compensate the guy in some way.

Congrats. I got Jetfire for X-mas when I was a kid and loved him.

I didn't realize what he had given me until I got home as he gave them to me as I left for the day(30 mile commute). He gave me a bag full of stuff. I thought it was just going to be a few loose random transformers. Also included was 3 boxes of mint hotwheels cars from 1985 in collector matchbox cases. I told him this morning the extent of what he gave me in case he wanted them back. He said it would take him another 20 years to find time to price and sell them so for me to keep them. He confirmed that he only took them out of their respective boxes just once or twice to look at them and then they were stored since then (almost 30 years?).
