YAY, I'm a subscriber of yours and I've been meaning to ask, do you just replace the characters on screen with mp and third party. For effects, do you use the shadow effect on PhotoShop? And, what else do you use?

I make my own shadows, the style varies a bit from shot to shot but they're very simply done. As for replacing the characters, it's not usually that easy - I need a clean background to put the MPs on, so if there isn't an empty frame in the toon I have to fill in the gaps myself.
    Ta! :D

My hat's off to you. Every time I see a new gif or a video, it just makes my day! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

Any chance we'll ever see MP-10 vs. Apollyon from The Transformers: The Movie?

Amazing work yet again OptimusTimelord! If you don't mind me asking, how many hours do you think this took from beginning to end?

Lol no schedule, just a leisurely journey :)  You'll notice though that More Than Meets The Eye gets more attention than other episodes, as that seems to be the obvious one to complete...
Honestly I doubt it. There's a few stop motions of movie scenes already and I prefer doing the toon series cos I like to be different! If and when I go beyond the series, it will be for an idea that is at the back of my mind and which I guarantee you would say 'forget the movie and do that right now!'... But the stars have to align first ;)
    Cheers!
I dread to think ha ha! Generally I try to squeeze in an hour before or after work, and occasionally I get a whole day to myself (like yesterday) when I can properly make progress (yesterday I did the two final shots, edited everything together and uploaded).

At a conservative estimate I'd say there's at least two full-time weeks' work there.

Just masterful, OT, the effort shows in the quality.
Mixing in the original cell animation for the humans reminds me of the &0s/80s Filmfair Paddington, in a good way.

I've posted my praise elsewhere twice already, but damn... I've watched this latest video about six times already and I'm in awe.

Heh, I remember that series well :)  Got to admit, it was a pain separating Spike and Sparkplug from the original frames, but it was probably worth it! Also gave me chance to clean up a few of the stabilisation issues and film/dirt artifacts on the original cells.
Oh for the days of fuzzy VHS :)

    Thanks bud, glad you like!

Amazing detail on the latest one OT:thumbs2:

Tried some new tricks on this one. even used free transform on the last few frames to edit out a push in I did while shooting.

    :lol  Thanks guys :)
Man, you keep improving with each one! That's much smoother, you should be proud :thumb

And yeah don't be afraid to use a bit of free transform/warp/distort if it helps frames flow better together. I often use all kind of tricks to get the motion/look I need. Especially handy for keeping a bot's feet rooted in place while the upper body is gesticulating.
