Don't have one. I bought all my holy grails, got bored with them & eventually sold them. I'm totally past the holy grail BS. Now I just have a bunch of crap that takes up space.

I think the Holy Grail of what I have so far would be SDCC Bruticus. FP Colossus is a very very close second. As for the ones I DON'T have, it's a tie between Warbotron and Quakewave.
Are you asking what's our holy grail that we already own? Or what is our holy grail in general? I suppose if a "holy grail" equates to "the most expensive TF I ever paid for," then I guess that would be a cross between Liokaiser and Botcon 2006 Optimus Primal.
My holy grail wasn't even a transformer. It was a Tonka Hand Commander airplane. Had one when I was a kid and I LOVED it more than any of my official Hasbro vehicles. Never knew what it was called or who made it until about 7 years ago and managed to snag one off of ebay.
BotCon 2006 box set and the Darksyde Megatron / Waspinator 2-pack. That's it. That's my grail. It used to include MP-10 Optimus, but I'm getting the reissue. Used to include Metals Megatron from BW, but I have him now too. There's not many things I need to have.
Mine's quite a strange one: Revenge of the Fallen Legends-class Arcee. I already have one, but I'd like to have two more so I can paint them as Chromia and Elita-1. Since Hasbro never brought out that HFTD Sideways Sneak Attack set containing actual Chromia and Elita-1 repaints I've decided to just make them myself. But I've found that Legends Arcee is really rare, and whenever one does pop up on Ebay they're going for Voyager-class prices.
Mine was Fortress Maximus.....never got him as a kid, he was the only one I never thought I'd get. Thanks to the reissue I finally got one! I haven't really got any "holy grails" left, just a few things I'd like to get (Feral Rex, Quantron) but there isn't the " I gotta have it no matter what!!" feeling I had with Max. I actually just cancelled my preorder of Quantron because right now I have other priorities....
