Well, if it means we could get some stuff that they get in the UK and not here - like the Leader Megatrons, and some of the Generations figures - I'm all for it

If anyone's looking for them, the Minicons from RID are available out in The Pocket Money Shop in the Pavillions centre in Swords.

Took a visit to the new Toys R Us up in the Westend Blanchardstown. They had some good stuff, plenty of things we wouldn't otherwise get here

    - CW leader Megatrons @ €71
    - CW deluxes @ €15 (Didn't see any, but there was a peg for them)
    - CW legends @ €15 (Wave 4)
    - CW voyagers @ €33 (Wave 3)
    - AOE Optimus Prime "Then and Now" Set @ €57
    - AOE deluxes @ €19 (Waves 1 and 2)
    - AOE "Then and Now" deluxe sets @ €15
    - RID deluxes @ €15 (Waves 2 - 4)
    - RID legions @ €10

They had some other stuff too, but that was all I took note of. I picked up a G1 leader Megatron, justifying the price by telling myself I'd pay the same to import him from anywhere, which isn't untrue :lol

Finally managed to complete CW Defensor. Picked up Streetwise in Hamleys in Dundrum for €21.00

They'd had the other 3 deluxe protectobots when I checked out Toys'R'Us a few months back.

Hamleys had 2 or 3 sets of the deluxes left at that price.

Smyths Waterford have CW Scattershot in stock, didn't see Onslaught or any deluxes past wave 1 in the store.

W3 limbs (Protectobots) have appeared in some Smyths branches.

Combaticon limbs are on the site, with no stock available yet.

That's the Ironhide, Prowl wave right?
I know there have been sightings of the combaticons in the UK and smyths website have Vortex on their website with a releases date of this month.

Yeah - Ironhide, Prowl, Sunstreaker, and Mirage. I think the white Optimus has been spotted by a few people as well

    Probably not.
You could try kapow toys or masterforce.co.uk, both of them are UK based web sites and are sites that I trust completely.
If you have an Amazon account then you can use that account on the US site and try and get him from there, I've bought numerous transformers from the US site without issue using my UK Amazon account, whatever you buy has to be either sold directly by Amazon themselves or be fulfilled by Amazon in order to get it shipped to Ireland. There is no free shipping though but the customs charges are calculated into the whole price at checkout and a lot of their stuff is usually a bit cheaper, give them a try.

Eh, I tend to stick away from Online because of the shipping price, which is always insanely bad for me, I've considered picking up Unite Warriors Devastator from Amazon, but I can't justify that price plus shipping when other countries are getting it for 150.

I don't know, he is incredibly out of scale, so I think I'll pass on him and just hope that they release Fort Max over here

Wow, I was going to head over there over the weekend, that saves me a trip. And going across the toll bridge twice.

I'm not terribly surprised, their selection was a bit better than Smyths, but their prices were awful.

They weren't selling much at all I don't think, Smyths will always be unbeatable toy wise.

Based on Metroplex, it would be TRU exclusive in Europe anyway, and quite possibly have butchered voice samples.

Even then, TRU EU prob only picked up Metroplex because it was a movie year.

If you want TR Fort Max, your least worst option is probably to wait until the Takara one is solicited. Then order it from a Japanese retailer who offers preorder discounts, and try and find one that 'forgets' to declare the full value.

If hes TRU exclusive I'll get a family member in the UK to pick him up for me.

Otherwise I might get him off Kapow.
