Well Target has the optimus prime dart shooter with FAB Prime included. I actually liked the FAB Prime, If they were offering the SS shooter with a FAB toy it might be worth getting.

Target also has SWTF's on sale for $11.99. Hope its so that they can get the new ones in, I like the snowspeeder and ATAT, the big truck might be a pass though..

Well I just got back from Southern California and I braved the wildfires to see what Transformers I could find, and I'm happy to report that there wasn't much different than what's going on around here. I did find a Star Wars Darth Vader jedi fighter and decided to pick up a Target movie scout Armorhide, his black and yellow coloring make for a nice "Nemesis" version for the regular coloring.

 

So the frontpage says that Masterpiece Starscream is now in Walmart stores...Has anyone in Utah seen him yet? Definitely on my want list.

 

Went to the Walmart at 114th S. Nothing there but a bunch of Primus' and a headless 20th Prime.

Went to the Walmart at Jordan Landing tonight. Pretty much the same with all of the Primus' warming the shelves.

 

The American Fork Wallys is down to its last DVD Prime. Oddly enough they stuck all the Primus's on another shelf with no price tag, and I'm wondering if they are about to put them on clearance. If anybody else sees them with a clearance price be sure to post it as my brother would like to pick one up on the cheap. Maybe me too.

 

Don't know if anybody in Utah likes the Robotech stuff, but there is a little booth guy next to the food court in the Fashion Place Mall who has the 1/100 scale Valkyrie's for about $25. My brother just called me on it. I'm going up that way and will report accuracy of pricing. If true, they are great price, as Robotech.com sells them for $70 plus shipping.

 

Actually, those 1/100's on robotech.com are $60 for a set of three.

I went to that Walmart in American Fork today, too. In addition to the shelf of Primus' you saw, the hand an endcap on the back side that had the price at ~$50. It looked like they were getting a bunch of new stuff in. They actually had some deluxes.

 

Oh man, I totally thought that they were 60 bucks apiece! I bought one a while back for 25, and today one for 28, counting tax I think I own two for the price of three. That kinda sucks.

As for the AF wally's yeah, they put up that endcap and I personally don't think they are gonna sell out until the after Christmas clearance sale. They actually got some Leader Primes in as well, iheartarcee was looking for one, and he got one today, so it looks like all the wally's got some in.

TRU has a bunch of the 6 inch Titanium two packs of War Within Prime n Megs and some of the repackaged SWTF Millenium Falcons.

Aaaand I'm still a little pissy about the robotech stuff... 

 

No sightings yet of the MP Starscream in Northern Utah. I hope all of us that want one can get one.

Anyone seen the newest wave of Movie Robot Heroes? I would prefer if they produced more of the G1 characters, but I collect them nonetheless.

 

Oooh, the new wave of robot heroes...mmm. nope, not seen them yet, but I definitely want them also, and I looked for them when I was out yesterday, and no joy. I'll surely post if/when.

 

Another day, another Walmart with nada. This time the Walmart at 1300S in Salt Lake. One optimistic thing is that these Walmarts do seem to be getting the Death Star transformers, so it's not like they're not getting anything new at all.

 

So did you get a Vader Death Star? I did online and I gotta say I rather like him. total pain to transform, but has neat gimmicks in both modes. Really like the light sabre effects in bot mode...

I'll be out huntin thursday and report early as possible. Cross your fingers.

 

Ok so no MP SS yet. TRU in Orem has some of their exclusive legends 5-6 pack in stock, only saw 2. FAB Ratchet, Brawl and SS are aplenty and cyber slammers of Brawl and Ratchet.

Orem Wallys is sittin on some voyager Megs and Tcracker, otherwise same ol.

Provo Dollar General is almost out of their Universe scouts, so they should be getting some of the Cybertron Universe scouts soon. Still loving the Scattorshot scout from that line...and $5 sure don't put the hurt on the wallet!

As for Orem Target they have bunches of Robot Heroes if you need those.

Yeah that's the same special I used. I'm kind of the same opinion of the fifty bucks, that seems like too much when that's more than a leader class price point, and I think the leader movie toys are all much better than Vader...

 

The AF Wallys got restocked on the deluxes and FAB's today. several different waves, so plenty variety and options. Still no MP SS but they are on there way as confirmed by the stockroom manager.

 

The AF Walmart is now fully stocked on almost all waves of deluxes. also a ton of Real Gears and FAB's. No MP SS as of yet, but I did find a box off to the side of everything where the stockers still had some pallets of other stuff to distribute, and hidden off to the side was a box of deluxes with none other than 08 BB. So I went and looked at the pegs and lo and behold, no BB's in the entire wall display! Looks like the stokers at Wally's are gettin greedy and/or it looks as though we finally know who the shameless scalpers are!!   

 

There was a 08 BB tonight at Target at the District as of around 7pm. I put him on the top peg if anyone wants him.
