I just want them to answer their customer services phone calls. The store is closed, but they said a while back they're supposedly still taking calls, right? They've been sitting on a big order of mine for well over a month now without shipping it, and no matter how many times I try to call them to ask about it during their customer service business hours, it just gives me a recording about what their hours are and then automatically hangs up on me.

 

I gave up on trying to call them. I had to send them multiple emails before I got the standard "Your order will be shipped out soon" response. Granted they made good on that on an order recently (last week) for one I had from back in July... but I still have 2 outstanding orders that I am waiting on, not including preorders.

I get it... they are trying to abide by CDC regulations and social distancing to keep their employees safe but unless they've gotten rid of most or all of their employees, they should be able to keep up with shipments since they don't have to actually watch the storefront. Sadly though, from what I've been reading in other threads about them, this has been slowly building and is not the only time that they've gotten really behind on orders. I know we've been fortunate because we've always had the option of local pickup, but others without that option have been dealing with delayed shipments for a long time. Which is probably why they've stopped answering the phone, because all they are most likely getting are "order status" calls.

 

I've had an order "In Stock" with them for over two months now. The last email I got from them was about two weeks ago saying they'd solved the problem that was causing orders to bottleneck. I wanted to just cancel my order with them, since they hadn't shipped out my item, but since it's "In Stock", they can't. That's ridiculous- just cancel the order in the system, and refund me.

I've seen people in different Facebook groups saying that they're going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm almost to that point.

 

That’s disappointing. It would be nice for the local place to really nail it, become a big player in the collectibles scene. I’ve never had any problems, but I always purchase in-store (pre-pandemic) or curbside pickup.

(EDIT) disappointing that they’re struggling to make it work, not that customers are considering reporting them or whatever for not getting what they paid for.

Bought the only Skipjack at Centerville Target just now. Still a BUNCH of Scrappers and one Doubledealer.

 

Has anyone seen Megatron, the quintessons, or wave 2 deluxes for Earthrise, found all the new Studio Series, the red figures, but no sign of wave 2???

 

Picked up the only Studio Series Skipjack and Blitzwing at the Quarry Walmart, they also had a G1 Blaster.

if your local target doesn’t have em clearance tagged they should still ring up right! i think my target (AF) had the whole initial shipment still because the shelf still says $149.99. if anyone’s on the fence i think $75 is just about right for starscream.

 

Most Targets by now should have him at $75. I know mine (Centerville) didn't have their prices switched for around a week after the initial reports of him being on clearance came in. I think he's being clearanced out so fast because MPM Ratchet is out on Thursday.

 

oh nice, had no idea ratchet was coming down the pipes so soon. hopefully in november we can grab him for half off too
