Just used the item finder to get AF target to unpack HA Leadfoot.

Another Thundercracker at Layton Target. Ultimate Prime as well but it does not make sense that he is $15 more than at Walmart.

Unfortunately no. Target is the only place that will do it and it is technically against their policies.
