Snagged Payload and Voyager Megs on Saturday at Orem TRU

 

You could be right. If so it makes me very lucky. I wonder if they were only sent to certain Walmarts because I stopped by Layton Walmart before work this morning and they had ZERO new deluxes. However, I think we will see more this week. I think Kohls may be the secret ticket.

 

I just got back from the hunt, nothing new to be found anywhere! I will admit that I was amazed that Kohls actually had Tformers. Not very many and only the first wave, jazz, brawl and scorponok, but definitely someplace to keep in mind.

Going to Provo wednesday, I will try to get some lookin done down there and report in.

If anyone is looking for the Titanium Cheetor, they had one at the Target at the District as of tonight. Look for it on the bottom shelf. They didn't have The Fallen, or I would have bought him.

 

So it turns out that looking for transformers at kohls is not such a bad idea. I found one deluxe arcee and some of the other 1st wave deluxes at the kohls in Sandy, just off of 123rd south & I15. They are $3 more than anywhere else, but at least I finally got one! I think that my gotta have it list is down to just '08 BB.

 

The rumors are true! Walmart has opened the floodgates with everything it had in the backrooms. I went to 3 of them in utah county today and all of them had tons of stock of cybertron, classics, alternators, the American Fork store even had an endcap full, top to bottom 2-3 deep of 20th Anniversary DVD Optimus Prime ($69.99). If you didn't get all that you wanted before, go now and see if they have it. I picked up classics Ramjet and Rodimus, and a Cliffjumper for my brother, he'll be sooo excited!

Alas, '08 BB still eludes me...

 

Well you'd better get running to walmart, cuz they are selling out the old stuff just as fast as the new stuff. I went into 4 walmarts today and the shelves that were full yesterday are almost bare today.

Starkenator: the Kohl's in American Fork stocks their stuff Friday night, as they had nothing new today, but thanks again for the info. I will check again tomorrow.

Big Lots has some Protectobot KO's for $6, they have the whole set in one blister pack. I got one for giggles, and one side of Groove's handlebar already broke, so the plastic has no quality, but makes for a decent shelf-lifer. They also had Constructicons, but not the arms/hands etc. accessories.

Yeah, the last time I bought one of those KO's was the Aerialbots a few years ago. I think it was like $6 for the entire set, and they were so cheap that I eventually just threw them away because they were falling apart rather than even send them off to the Salvation Army.

 

Target at the District had a Titanium RID Optimus today and the Walmart at Jordan Landing had a Cybertron Primus, for those who missed it.

 

The American Fork Target also has an endcap full of Cybertron Primus. wish they had more stuff that I don't already have!

 

If you hurry down to Walmart, they have Leader class Brawl in stock, not sure for how long. I got mine in the American Fork store, it was the last one on the shelf, but an employee looked in the computer and said there were more available...Heres the pic:

 

Forgot to mention, the same employee at walmart who checked for extra Brawl's mentioned that his store, the american fork one, never got any 08 BB's. so hopefully they are still going to come in sometime.

 

Went to Kolhs today (Layton) and they had a bunch of deluxe figures (3 Arcee's, several bonecrushers, swindles, wreckages, scorponoks, and dreadwings) but it looks like the 08' BB had already been cleaned out. Went to TRU and they had nada except Cybertron Primus, who I want to get but his box was kinda in bad shape. The I went to Target and they had 4 leader Brawls and about 6 Starscream repaints. I picked up Brawl and one of the Starscreams. I don't think they will last long tommorow. If someone want me to grab them one I probably can first thing in the morning. One other guy got a Brawl so they had two left on the shelf but the computer said they had more in the stockroom.

 

My brother called me this morning from the Centerville Target reporting 4 SS repaints, so there are still some left. I went to the American Fork Target and found some 6 inch Titanium figures and got them all, but they have been putting them out every other day or so, random characters, but if you like the line, then let me know & I'll keep my eye out. Also several Brawls, and 1 Ultimate BB left.

The orem TRU had a full restock of voyager class figures, tons of Megs, at least 2 each of SS, Ironhide and Ratchet, but no Prime or Blackouts.

 

Starkenator, the American Fork Walmart has an endcap with 8-10 Cybertron Primus's (how do you spell that in the plural form...?) They are not the ones with a mini Unicron head, but they all appear to be in pristine shape! PM me for details, if you want me to snag you one, etc.

 

Went to Target in the District, the one in South Jordan just off of Bangerter, they had G1 Jazz, still had quite a few after I got mine.

The Walmart at 11400 south just west of I15 had 9 DVD Optimus Primes (aka Masterpiece) for $50 each. good deal if you need one. They also had an endcap full of Cyberton Primus's -no unicron heads, but the packages were good condition- That endcap also had some Classics Prime and Jetfire. Picked up a jetfire for kitbashing, didn't get to go to Botcon, and really want one of those repainted jetfires, I forget what they renamed him, but it was sweet looking.

The Kmart on 90th south has some 4-packs of mini Allspark cubes. They're like 3 or 4 dollars, so not bad. I'll post a pic later.

The Shopko on 90th south has quite a good selection of Robot Heroes if you're looking for them, although they are a dollar or two more than Wally's or target.

Still lookin for the 'Holy Grail' 08 BB...might have to drive to davis county to get one...

Found a Tit Fallen in the Fort Union Target. Only one on the shelf, but there were more in the backroom, hurry up if you want him. I got him around 2pm today.

 

Stopped in to the Dollar General and a Family Dollar today to see if they had any of the cybertron scout re-releases, and no luck. The Family Dollar on 13th east and about 9800 south had quite a few Transformer Universe figures for $5 each. and some mini-cons for $2 each. I asked the manager about the cybertron stuff and he didn't know anything about it.

The point is, I am looking for a scout class Scattorshot from that line, so if any fellow Utah Tformer fans happen upon a Dollar type store that is stocking them, please post it!!
