It's a global shipping issue, not just Australia. Been happening for months during the pandemic. The shipping freight companies are making hay while the sun shines.
Morayfield again. Spotted two Galvatrons hidden among the Ultra Magnusses (Magnes? Magnii?) at BigW. Lots of Headmaster reissues warming the shelf at Target. But there was new stuff to be found at K-Mart: Two SS86 Sweeps on the shelf. These are the wave after Wreck-Gar so I don't know if that means they're having trouble getting them, aren't getting them, or did get and already sold them. I haven't seen Thrust (Wreck-Gar's wave-mate) on shelves either but I can't say as though I've really been looking. Worth mentioning perhaps is that I also saw the Netflix Sparkless Seeker on that same shelf two or three weeks back. But I didn't get a picture and I haven't seen them since. Didn't realise at the time they were new.
Not holding much hope for some of my preorders getting here this year. Just had a Star Wars figure ETA change from December to August next year from Popcultcha
Anybody know where the hell I can find an ss jolt domestically, idfk what’s going on at amazon but he’s the only new ss not there.
I've had a look through the usual suspects locally and they all have Jolt listed as preorder so not sure when they would be available with the way preorders are going atm.
Not that I've seen reported, here or over on Ozformers. I've written it off as a mythical wave, the way the last wave of a line hasn't really appeared the last few years. And I'm expecting wave 4 to be the same.
Is that what's happened? When this mooted fifth wave was originally mentioned by leakers, it was supposed to be toys that have now been leaked as part of Legacy. I figured that Pipes and Slammer would eventually show up as part of wave 4, but I guess it makes to sense to consider them as having been split off it to form a wave of their own.
Spotted this weird Dinobot Adventures thing while in BigW Morayfield last week... completely forgot about it until today. I don't think I've seen it before, but I don't even know what line it's from (Rescue Bots perhaps?) so I can't say I've ever even been paying attention to it. Not sure of the price - the nearby tags didn't match the name. Also spotted these guys in a stall by the food court. Possibly a little too expensive for a custom/junker, but they're a thing which exists and someone might be interested.

thats cause wave 4 is already up for order, despite tigatron arriving in march next year and waspinator is overpriced. shadow panther is fine though
Wave 4 not being put up for pre-order (and only now showing as an out of stock thing) may have some connection to all the listings that went up a few months ago for un-revealed toys, which were suddenly pulled (and orders cancelled) at a later date. People have speculated that there may have been a little bit of back-and-forth between Hasbro and Amazon over it...
We hope. I have Slammer and Pipes open in tabs that I refresh each day. I have absolutely no confidence in seeing them on shelves (and that's from the standard last wave issue, before we get to this year's disruptions), so Amazon's our last, best hope. Oh dear...
