Mildura round-up: Kmart - no change for months now. Only 27 Bumblebee and Spike packs... Big W - NEW LEADERS!!!!! One Galvatron, and two Slags (plus probably some other movie stuff like Grindor, I don't really pay attention to them). Immediately cancelled my order with EB (that I placed specifically because my Big W has become completely hit and miss with leaders over the past couple of years) and grabbed a Slag. Other than that, the same old stuff that's been there since the annual sale. Target - the biggest change. The same sorry old selection is still there, but in addition we now have two of the three Cyberverse roll and combine packs, plus (at long last) all four of the Headmaster re-packs. Now, I've no intention of getting any of them (because I already have all 7, and I don't like the cartoon heads), but there really is something about those boxes that just grabs you right there.
nice, if we are starting to get more of the new SS wave in big W then hopefully thrust, gnaw, jolt and wreck-gar wont be far behind
Found the Retro Headmasters Wave 1 at my local target. I only wanted to grab Mindwipe as a backup for my TR figure. At first only saw Brainstorm and Hardhead. Then spotted Chromedome pushed back onto the shelves in the next aisle. So I thought I should check the next aisle in case there were more like that and right down on the bottom shelf behind some weird new Batman toys I found another Chromedome...and a Mindwipe. Very happy I didn't have to pay eBay prices.

If you order it now. TFH seems to get only limited stock, and does not appear to re-stock once they've sold all the orders taken during the designated order window. If you want to wait and see what Amazon does, then look to Robot Kingdom as an alternative source, but be aware that their postage is very high.
BigW has a sale on at present - leader SS figures (including SS86) are $26 off, making them a much more reasonable $69. Runs until Wednesday the 22nd - page 6 of the current catalogue. Local store (Morayfield) appeared to have gotten more stock of Grindor and Slag, too (looked like perhaps another four of each).
Gonna head over to big w tomorrow to hopefully pick up grindor. What are the ss leaders everyone's been finding sounds like grindor and slag?
Went to both near me and both had 0 slag and like 5-6 grindor , no other waves for SS but had some kingdom leaders

grindor was found in Big-W Airlie Beach, no sign of slag or anything else new. not even core class figures
