Unicron showed up at a lot of the usual suspects for both pre- and post-kickstarter sale. Oh My Primus! springs to mind immediately, but I'm pretty sure ShowZ and Savier's had it as well. Odds are this will be the same.
Finally! That means mine is preparing to ship. Not impressed with Amazon AU jumping straight to scalper pricing now that it's finally in stock, but they'll do no better. At least they aren't emailing me an invoice for the additional 26 dollarbucks! ~L~
can i just say, that price is absolute BS, it's $269 USD, $180 USD would be $250 AUD. i know that ebgames and zing have a thing for raising the prices to above normal levels but this is just too far.

Yes and no. As explained to me recently by Griffin of Oz over on Ozformers, part of the reason we get prices jacked up is this - Hasbro Australia (which is where EB and Zing will be getting their stock) has to buy stock from Hasbro US, and Hasbro US wants to make a profit from that transaction. They even report on it in their annual financials. So there's an extra step in the supply chain to us that we don't see (or get any benefit from) that the US does not have. Yay local branches. The figures we're seeing at the end for this still can't entirely be justified by factoring this in, but they are a lot more understandable now. And I imagine the difference in prices we're seeing in, for example, the UK (USD $180 should be about GBP 130, but they're paying GBP 180) can be explained by the same thing. Just makes the price we got for Unicron from EB so much better than we thought.

They've been having stock issues for some time now. A whole bunch of stuff that was due in July has only just now started moving.
They're definitely having stock issues. Several people have reported having their Wreck-Gar dispatched, but mine has been delayed yet again.
Ohmyprimus has victory Saber now. Price is $260 SGD and shipping was $52 for me(assume it's be the same country wide). Singapore dollars are basically 1 to 1 with aud and you only have to pay 82 upfront and the rest when it is in stock. So save about $50 or so as opposed to buying from ebgames. It was to be expected. OzFormers mentioned they had the same price on the Jurassic Park crossover pack before it was subsequently updated and the same thing happened. Their policies, while they do include a "lowest price" deal for pre-orders, specifically include a caveat about incorrect prices. Our consumer laws also don't require them to sell at the lower price - only to allow you the option to back out without repercussion if you don't like the correct one.
except they didn't cancel my preorder when i ordered with that price, though i did cancel my preorder early because i wanted to spend it on other things
