We went there tonight and didn't spot any at the Wal-Mart on 53rd. No idea if the one on West Kimberly has any (until DC found the HA Barricade there, I'd given up hope that WM has ANYTHING useful past Wave 3 ).
Yeah I agree. I don't think that I had ever found anything at that store before the HA Barricade. I kept telling myself I wasn't going to drive all the way out there to look any more but it's not terribly far from where I work so I usually gave in and checked it out on my lunch break anyway. No sign of Arcee or Cybertron Ratchet at either of the QC Toys R Us stores as of this afternoon.
The Walmart at Elmore & 53rd have a lot of the Nest Bumblebee -VS- Soundwave two packs. They are not in the regular Transformer area, they're over by the entrance of the garden center.
I'm a substitute teacher in the area right now (recent grad from Augie ^_^), but I sub primarily at Bettendorf and Rock Island. With any luck though, by this time next year I'll have a teaching job in the area And the last thing I needed to hear was the BB vs SW two pack is available. I want that so bad... Target in Davenport has their exclusive legends 5 pack priced at $13. Pretty awesome little guys. Also has a lot of the Burning Fallens at $13.
That's cool. I was just curious because my wife works for PV school district at the administration building and it seems like practically everyone I know has a boyfriend, girlfriend, or spouse working at a school in Davenport. I at a place called Gemvision, downtown Davenport by the Times building. Graduated from WIU a few years ago. You QC guys outta look me up on Facebook if you've got it. Mike Muller. Found Arcee and Cybertron Ratchet at the Moline Toys'R'Us this afternoon. Lots left, mostly Arcee though I think.
The Nest two pack is on sale at 53rd Wal-Mart for $15. Same price for ROTF Voyagers and Robot Heroes Scene Packs. On a non-tf note, if anyone manages to come across a Captain America Iron Man figure here in the QCA, please let me know
Bump! Check this out! That $15 for NEST, Voyagers, and Robot Heroes Scenes is down to $12 at the 53rd Wal-Mart! My roommate and I each grabbed a set of the NEST two-packs, then I grabbed a second (for a second mail-away Ravage and customs plans) and he grabbed a Recon Ironhide. Seriously, two Deluxe figures for the price of one. GO FOR IT!
Brakedown at the Moline, IL Target... not much new anywhere else besides NEST wave 1. I did see a couple HA Barricades at the Wal-Mart on Kimberly though if you still need one.
