Thanks for the tip! Grabbed a set of the three new Legends. Tons of wave 1 legends left and one each of the leader Optimus and Rodimus.

 

Just spotted PoTP Wave 2 deluxes at Ankeny Walmart. Grabbed the single Moonracer and 1 each of the dinobots and Rippersnapper. Still 1 each of Blackwing, Rippersnapper, and Dinobots left. Price is now $16.82 each. No sign of Wave 2 Voyagers.

I think I might return the Moonracer later this afternoon, if anyone is interested. Decided I don’t really need her.

 

I'm heading there tonight. I'm interested in Blackwing and Rippersnapper.

Edit: Nabbed Blackwing and Rippersnapper. The two Dinobots are still there.

 

All of PotP deluxe wave 2 is at the Elmore Walmart in Davenport. Everything is there, I only grabbed Snarl (there's even still 1 Snarl left).

 

wave 2 voyagers? those are the only ones I haven't found around town yet.

POTP deluxe class wave 2 is available in Ames at both Walmarts.

 

I spotted PotP Deluxe Wave 2 at the Clinton, Iowa Walmart over the weekend. They only had one of each, other than Blackwing, and I snagged them. No sign of the Legends or Voyagers, though. Hopefully, this means a restock soon for anybody in the Clinton area.

 

Scoured CR for any PotP Wave 2 and I found Deluxe class Rippersnapper at all three Wal-Marts and Leader class Rodimus Unicronus at TRU. The Marion Wal-Mart also has Legends Class Tailgate, Battleslash, and Roadtrap.

 

So, has anyone found Walmart Thanos in the Des Moines area yet? Brickseek has been horribly inaccurate to the point where multiple stores have looked it up right in front of me and said they don't have it despite the site showing anywhere from 3-6 in stock.

 

I'm not up on Marvel figures, but I do have some experience with Walmart employees. From my experience, I've always found Brickseek to be the most reliable source of stock. I've had instances where the employee said they didn't have it or couldn't find it, but after calling during a time the toy department manager was in, they were able to locate the item. Frustrating, to say the least.

I could see if Brickseek showed one or two in stock and it was just an accounting error, but missing 3-6 from inventory would be a pretty wild swing. If I were you, I'd call the store during the daytime and ask to speak with the toy department manager. See if they can track down the item for you by SKU.

Edit: Success! Talked to the toy department manager and she was able to scan the barcode from brickseek and go pull one for me.

She said it was labelled as a "new mod", so it wasn't sorted to be put out yet.

I picked up PotP Elita 1 and Hun-grr from Valley West Target last night. There was only 1 of each, but hopefully this means that they'll be popping up at all the area Targets.

 

Interesting... Brickseek has been showing zero at the Targets in the area, and still did as of this morning.

 

I was certainly surprised to see them. They were both tucked behind a Grimlock and I assumed there would only be a Starscream so I almost didn't bother checking..

 

South Side DSM Target showed "in stock" for Voyagers yesterday, so I headed down there. Found four Voyagers: 3 Starscreams and 1 Grimlock. Absolutely no Deluxes. Some Wave 1 Legends and Prime Masters, but nothing else.

14th St Walmart had three Dreadwinds and absolutely no Voyagers. They did have two Leader Optimus Primes and two Leader Rodimus Primes, though.

 

Shows "Limited Stock" at Valley West Target as of this morning, which is probably the lone Grimlock Turnip left behind.

 

Ah, I've been searching specifically for Hun-Gurrr on Brickseek.

 

I don't think Target breaks it out by UPC on brickseek. Pretty sure the UPC rolls up to the associated DPCI with only one number for each size class. Makes it hard to tell which one you'll find, unfortunately.
