Alright, I'm not really a comics guy normally...but I think I can get on board with this new BW ongoing. So I'd be on board with subbing...which I assume is the "pull list" I hear about? Most comic shops do that, right?
Edina Target continues to collect Sky Lynxs and MPM Ratchets - like at least 4 of each. Also they have a few soundbarriers, slitherfangs, and doublecrossers as well as one SS Topspin and many clones.
Just an FYI, there's a $10 off $50 / $25 off $100 offer on target's cartwheel app today for toys if you wanna get a ratchet or anything else. Expires today tho.
It expires today but the sneak peek of next week's ad says it'll be a storewide sale starting tomorrow. Does Target price match Amazon? Asking for a magnificent shuttle.
Heads up about the discount: its not available in store, so you can order something for pickup online and have someone go through the trouble of finding it and bringing it to you, but you can't just go get it yourself.
I was checking the MPM Ratchet thread on a whim last night around midnight and saw someone mention this Target deal. So I ordered it for drive up this morning and promptly brought it back in to return on my receipt for the full priced one I bought. I guess the ease by which Target makes doing this type of return means that a lot of times you can grab deals retroactively. By the way, MPM Ratchet is very good. I think it's not bad at $120 and certainly a very good value at $95.
Found Earthrise Megatron and Quintesson at Shoreview Target today, left two Megatrons. Also found the newest wave of Lighting Collection Power Rangers, though only the Red Dino Thunder and reissue Mighty Morphin White Ranger...no Mighty Morphin Green Ranger or Z-Putty at Northtown Target...

So Earthrise Bluestreak is a Walgreens exclusive it seems. Fortunate we have one around almost every block. Woo!
Yup if I get on the A-line bus I can hit three Walgreens very easily, I only had to make one trip out last year to get Siege Ratchet. Ironically I'm skipping Earthrise Bluestreak because I had such a hard time getting Siege Bluestreak last year because the St. Paul Wal-Mart closed and it's a huge pain for me to make it out to the one in Roseville. Still mad that I had to order him ship-to-store and still had to make the trip out there. So it might have been easier for me to just wait a year and get the Earthrise Bluestreak now instead of all of the hoops I had to jump over to get the Siege one last year.
Haha, basically what I had to do today. He's definitely worth it, though I think the kibble his lights make in bot mode is weird, the front panels clipping into his shoulders is weird, and the paint on mine makes him look perpetually surprised. Still, he's definitely my favorite movie ratchet.
Not much at Burnsville Target today. A Skylynx though if anyone is looking for that? (I don't think anyone is anymore?)
