It hasn't rained for how many weeks,and the one day when our sump pump goes out,it rains like a son of a bitch.So now I sit downstairs bailing out the water.....fantastic!!!!

Best of luck with saving the basement, Bobby! If all else fails, save the collection first!

It never got to the point where I had water all over the floor.I just had to keep emptying it as it filled up and then carry the two five gallon buckets of water upstairs to dump out.I'm just glad we were home because otherwise this could've been a huge disaster.

I did get a new sump pump today that was MISB,but we had to bust it open right away.

There goes any resale value down the road. You can still sell it off as loose, complete from a smoke free home, though.
