So is it too early to be searching for siege ratchet? I don't recall a US sightings yet but I might have missed it. Anyone here searching?

 

Yea I'm looking too...nothing yet though. I'm thinking prolly toward the start of the holiday shopping season. Just hoping he is not another Brainstorm. That one was not easy to find up north.

 

Bought the lone black Soundwave at San Mateo Walmart yesterday, so that wave is out.

 

Coors Walmart was down to one 35th Prime yesterday morning, passed on it though. Still giving thought to getting Bluestreak and Soundblaster if I see them. Still no Seige Ratchet ...anywhere on NW side.

Finally had extra funds to get Siege Ratchet. Luckily Walgreen's is having a sale on Siege deluxes with the reward card. $14.99 each. So I grabbed 3 Ratchets for me and the kids and a Brunt.

 

WHERE?!?!?!?!?

Seriously I have been to like 11 different Walgreens on the westside and not finding any.  

 

YAY! Finally found a siege Ratchet in the wild at Walgreens on 4th. I was almost considering ordering one.

 

Walgreens on northern and unser had ratchet (now mine) and two reflectors.

 

Scored a mixmaster and 07 megatron at wyoming walmart. They were the only ones. Ready for Scavenger.

 

Nice! What do you think of the 07 Megatron? That one caught my attention, when we learned that they were going to make him.

 

Thanks for asking. I'm pretty disappointed with the chunky legs, stiff whip weapon, reused chest, and blocky alt mode. The paint is astounding though; wish rotf ss Megatron had that treatment. I'm going to return him. I still like the original premium leader figure; though it's really screen inaccurate.

 

Thanks I am on the fence with him, this helps. Hehe, I got the original for my son all those years ago, I remember it being a lot of fun, but will be going to eBay soon.

Anyways, has anyone seen local sales/clearance? I've seen reports that some Walmarts have marked down WFC Deluxes to $11, but haven't seen it in person.

 

I did not see anything over the weekend at Cottonwood, Rio Rancho, or Academy, but I'd be down for some 2 dollar battlemasters. Still thinking about that Studio Series '07 Megatron. Nothing worthwhile at Target, but those Cyberverse black Hot Rods with those adorable baby Sharkticons are a little tempting.

I'm on the lookout for the new micromasters, especially Frumble and Ratbat, that seem to be everywhere but New Mexico. If anybody sees them holla.

Seriously 2019 was one the best years ever for transformers, no matter what your flavor you like. I am so looking forward Earthrise.

 

Still no signs of walmart clearance on TFs. Only exception was the titan "bath toy" figures. I found the last 1 (Optimus) at Academy Walmart for $1.

Non-TF find was the Lego Harvester Transport set for $5 and Lego Spider-Man Molten Man battle set for $4. Same Walmart. I hate finding Lego on deep clearance because it takes from TF money. Also kinda want the WWE MOTU ring set since it's hitting clearance. That thing is so stupid I love it!

 

Found G1 Astrotrain at Eubank Walmart. Odd thing was that it was tagged $39.73 instead of the $49 price point originally reported. Looked cool, but had to pass for now.

 

I doubt any of you will, but if one of you happens to know a Jeep (wrangler or older style) owner who is in search of a more practical car, or a project for their kid, I would love to get an electric jeep, or convert a jeep to an electric one. (but this isn't likely, still, it can't hurt to ask/put out feelers)

in other, more on topic news, I last saw some new cyberverse toys at Rio Rancho Target, if anyone was after them.
