2 Zartan at JV Target. 2 Ultra Magnus and a FANG at S Pkwy WM. I snagged the only Cyclonus they had. Saw 2 Bluestreaks at the Walgreens at Mtn Gap and the Pkwy. Also noticed the 3 Walgreens I hit had Marvel Legends clearanced. $9.99 at Airport/ Whitesburg and $14.99 at JV and Mtn Gap. Pickings are slim, though. Songbird, Medusa, Yelana Belova, and 1 other female figure.
Arab Walmart got a random restock of Wave 3 Deluxes and Studio Series Hot Rod. Come get them while you can!

The two story Target has some of the supervillin wave Hoover West Target has Eternia minis there was only one Ram Man though.

Found the GI Joe wave 4 at the Athens Walmart yesterday. I can confirm it’s 3 of the Cobra Soldier and 3 of Stalker.
University walmart has 1 hot rod. Madison walmart has 2 hot rods. Sadly no scourge anywhere. Starting to think he doesn't really exist.
