The thing with these Fresh New TFs is, that once the newness of a store getting it wears off, they're so easy to find. The BIG exception to this was of course, Soundwave, Arcee and Chromia. But that's it... all other new TFs have been made available and have been sitting on pegs for months or more than a year in some cases. I know this is NOT the case everywhere, just here in Central AL. :-D BTW, those two Devastators at Montgomery TRU are gone. But really... 160 each?!?!?!
I want to say I saw one in the lego section of the Walmart way down on south parkway about two weeks ago.
Thanks but I meant the Starscream/Wapinator legends pack not Waspnator deluxe. I never picked up the legends seekers because the way thety were mistransformed in the box always made them look fat, but I picked up the thundercracker a while back at WM for $5 and now I want to complete the seeker set. I had seen them both at some point and skipped them.
Toys r us in mobile have legends rodimus, groove, skywarp, warpath, and 3 devastators. Still haven't found viper.
Went to the Toys R Us in Huntsville checking for any new Masterpiece figures. Well no Masterpieces in, but there is a Devastator available if anyone is interested. Looks awesome.
I saw one at either the Huntsville TRU or University Target yesterday (can't remember). TRU had a few Devastators as well and I found Viper at the Deep today.
Target in alabaster had leader Cracka-lacka and all 4 Defensor limbs and Walmart across the way from them had Cyclonus and leader megatron (both) last night.

Couple of Dev's at the Hoover TRU. They aren't directly with the TF's, though. They're further to the right under the Jurassic Park stuff. Almost didn't even see them.
And many thanks to Ed. Swung by the Summit last night and snagged one of their two remaining Bluestreaks. One left, and one Devy and one Cyclonus there as well.
