Wish that I had something to add. I feel like the same stuff has been sitting on shelves for a few months now.

 

I try to check the Woodruff Road Target once a week or so, and almost nothing's changed. SS86 Brawn was the last new one I saw there, and I snagged the only one they had.

 

I've still not seen anything other than Legacy:United core class.

Distribution this year feels worse than ever.

 

I went to Greenwood Walmart (508 store) and they had a bunch of toys with Yellow stickers and some were scanning lower than the shelf stickers. Picked up a SS86 Brawn for $15.00 and a SS86 Sludge for 21.94. there was a leader "the fallen" for $21.94. There was a leader sludge without yellow sticker scanning for $40.00. there was a bunch of SS86 Brawn and gamer cliffjumper and all were $15.00. There was also 1 ROTB mainline optimus marked down to 20 something.

over in the clearance isle was some of the leader armada megatron and blitzwing along with a leo prime but sorry I forgot what was the price.

Saw yellow stockers on a bunch of various toys but was kind of in a hurry.

 

What size store is this?

 

Its a Walmart Super center. Located 508 Nw Bypass 72 Greenwood SC.

 

Target on Hwy29 in Spartanburg didnt have much- one ROTB wheeljack in the pizza box but the box was pretty torn up. They did have a bunch of newer GIJoes- Python patrol trooper and televiper/trouble bubble, Mutt and junkyard and some ninja figure with a skull mask.

On a related note- If anyone local needs/collects GI Joe Classified series packaging, I just unwrapped all my figs and am not keeping the packaging. If someone wants it you can have it for free- Otherwise I am tossing it all in the garbage. I am in Laurens SC. PM me if you need the stuff.

nothing exciting last Saturday at the North Myrtle Beach Walmart...nor at the sad NMB Flea Market. The Shallotte (NC, right across the line) had the Studio Series Scorponok, Brawn, and that VW Van in Deluxe sizes yesterday.

 

Indian Land Walmart with the first new toys in christ knows how long: ROTB Wheeljack and Scorponok.

They've also got one of those yellow Grimlocks if anyone's still looking for that. Only one of the Toxitron wave I ever saw there.

 

Laurens Walmart has ROTB wheeljack and scorponok. Nothing else new of note. Clearance section still has $25.00 retro G1 Starscreams like they have for months.

For GiJoes- Shipwreck and Rock-n-Roll are on sale for $14.00 each, Retro carded Lady Jaye and Destro are $16.00 but Gung Ho and Baroness are still full price
They also have Scrap Iron marked down to $29.00 but they are hidden- Go to the GIJoes and look down on the second shelf- they are BEHIND some other toys.. I think there is 3 of them and its honestly a cool figure.

 

i completely forgot (Because i almost bought it, and then put it back) but the walmart across from Tanger/Myrtle Beach Mall had this...i just didn't feel it was worth $35 that i could spend on 35 comics at the Player's Choice:

 

Found the BB voyager Starscream at the Laurens Walmart. And the new voyager thundertron at the Target in Simpsonville

Found Animated prime, and the new rock truck at Simpsonville Target

 

Only took 3 and half MONTHS of searching, but I'm finally seeing United on shelves (other than the core classes).
Target on Sunset Blvd has 2 Animated Prime, 1 Thundertron, 3 Leader Laser Optimus, 1 Deluxe SS ROTB Scorpinok and a Core SS Mohawk.

Also saw Marvel Legends Alfred Molina Doc Ock, for anyone that might be interested.

 

Looks like Garners Ferry and Two Notch got some United in as well.


Walmarts all over Columbia continue to be a bust on new figures but Core class are going on clearance. Picked up 3 dinobots in Irmo at 7.50 a piece.

 

Very nice! That's the first I've seen of the deluxes at retail here.
