New England Transformer Collectors Group Meet and Greet. Comicazi @ 407 Highland Ave in Somerville Mass. 02144 has been nice enough to donate us a space to hold this meeting. The scheduled date is Sunday May 29th from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Please consider this a formal invitation. If you would like to attend please PM me to RSVP. This is a free event; first come first served due to limited space. Also, feel free to bring a few bots to show off and display. So come on down and meet some fellow collectors. This event is hosted by JETFIRE-XL. Please feel free to pass this invite along if there is someone you know that might like to attend. Anyone who RSVP's by noon May 29th will entered into a raffle for a free Transformer figure. Raffle tickets will be issued at the event. The Topics for the next meeting will be (1) The end of Botcon and the offcial Transformers Collectors Club. Well it seems that we have come to the end of an era. Botcon and the Transformers club have come to a end. Was anyone a member of the club or ever attended a Botcon event? Do you have any fond memories that you would like to share. Will you miss the club and Botcon or do you just not care at all. (2) Not so exclusive now are we. Let's face it Funpub may not have had the best customer service but man oh man did they know how to pick out a exclusive figure. some of the fandoms most Rare, creative, obscure, and let's face it affordable exclusives came from the club and Botcon. So the question is where will we get our exclusives from now.Toys R Us and the other big retailers store exclusiver don't really matter on our collecting level. Or do they. (3) Attack on Titan. Ok ok before I say anything negative about this toy line I want it to be on record saying that I have high hopes for this toy line. I see alot of iconic figures being reveals. Leo kaiser, Overlord,and Alpha Trion among them. What say you. If the Titan line startes to blow do you stay or do you go. all Keep an eye out for our other great events this year who's dates are as listed here 2016 meet ups. July 31st 4-7pm ,September 25th 4-7pm ,and November 27th 4-7pm

 

As it's good flea market weather thought I'd repost. I've gotten a bunch of PM questions about when I'll be there, and the answer is simple: My stuff is ALWAYS there rain or shine every weekend, I have a case inside the indoor co-op building out back, so it's more like a mini store than a traditional flea market.

Thanks to the fans who have bought stuff already. I'm going to keep restocking every week. LMK if you have any requests and I'll try to fill accordingly

I just picked up the Platinum Edition G1 Insecticon set at the K-Mart in Fall River, MA. They're going out of business, with all toys marked down 40%, so the $80 set was only $48. There were 3 more left if anyone in the area is looking.

As of last night, Somerville Target had CW Wheeljack (2x), Trailbreaker (1x), Hound (1x), Scattershot (1x) and Onslaught (1x).

 

Current stock in the Stagwolf shop as of last weekend. May have sold some stuff, restocking tomorrow morning regardless.

That's progress! The turnover at that store has been the slowest, I'm beginning to have real doubts I will ever see sky Lynx at retail before TR hits the shelves.

 

I forgot to mention it here, but I grabbed the only Sky Lynx at Framingham TRU on Wednesday, April 20th. Haven't seen him anywhere since (although truthfully, I haven't been looking very hard now that I have him).

 

You may have gotten the only one in the state not ordered through BBTS amazon etc. I only saw part of the new legends wave that has Shockwave at Peabody TRU weeks ago but nothing since.

 

I somehow managed to find Sky Lynx at Walmart in Oxford a couple weeks back. It's the only one I've seen in any of the stores I usually hit, although I haven't been able to hunt as much as I'd like to lately.
