Ordered sunstreaker from walmart but I dont have much hope for it being there tomorrow

 

I really hope something comes through for you but after my experience, I don't trust the Walmart website anymore. I get that a lot of Transformers are under similar UPC codes but you are also supposed to be notified if they make a substitution if they don't find your item. I am just curious as to what triggers the store to think they have stock in certain stores and for certain items but be out of stock for items with the same UPC at the same or different stores.

 

Unfortunately I only know just enough to know why there's a problem, but not enough to know in any detail how the problem occurs. For the months I worked a toy department, my department manager strongly disliked me and was not inclined to try to teach me about how anything really worked over there.

 

I'd never trust them, ever since I started seeing people return figures with other figures in the boxes I pretty much stopped going to Walmart, and sometimes I'll have luck finding stuff but when an employee starts giving excuses of why they don't want to help you is when I usually get a manager. I remember one instance right around when the power of the primes line came out I forgot whom I was looking for probably Hunn-grr I had noticed on brickseek that the stock level had gone up so I went there to see if they had him and ask one of the employees if they could check, he said they get things in a random assortment so they my not have however I asked to see what they got but the guy would just use excuses of why he didn't want to help me out, I have had better luck at other locations but if you do come to Mid TN, Franklin Walmart stay away from there, their terrible

That sucks I've been there once, when I use to be an Assistant manager of a Gamestop I went through three different store managers, the first one he had originally hired me as a sales associate and left a year later, the second manager who was awesome took me under his wing and taught me everything and made me his Assistant Manager and then he left for District Manager Position, and my final manager was just trash he never wanted to do anything and left everything for me to do except the people that he would hire were mostly buddies of his, but when it came to selling anything he was a good salesmen but a lousy manager, I remember we had sold four or 5 ps3's all in one day and that was mostly his doing but either way. He would be arrested later down the road after I had left due to him stealing products but that's another story

Northshore Target has 6 ER Seeker packs, 1 MPM Starscream, and 1 Sky Lynx (On other side of short shelf thing). Nothing else of note.

 

Just got this Screamer in the mail today thanks Target so here he is in Robot mode he’s just awesome I’ll try and throw some better photos tomorrow

 

Does anybody know if the large shipper display of MOTU Origins figures has hit the Columbia WM yet? I’m trying to score these guys and they haven’t dropped here around Cincy yet. I’ll be in the Columbia area all week next week and am hoping I might find them down there.

 

Unfortunately I rarely go to Columbia I only go there if I can't find anything here for Transformers but since I'm still waiting on Wave 2 deluxes to pop up I might make a trip down there but it probably won't be for a few weeks from now what I'll do is I keep an eye out at the Franklin Walmart they don't put out much in the way of Transformers but if I do see any of the Masters of the Universe I'll let you know, I did see a display for them not too long ago but it looked to me that they were just starting to bring them out. I would check one place there's a comic book store right in Franklin on Cool Springs called Star Base Comics the guy who owns it deals with a lot of Marvel, DC, and Star Wars stuff unfortunately nothing really in Transformers but the last time I was there I think I've may have seen some MOTU stuff. If you do plan on going there the owner drives a van that's painted to look like the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine and if you see the van in parking lot chances are he's there but if the van is not there you will get to deal with his wife who sits behind the counter and she won't help you out at all (she just ignores anyone whom comes in how there still in business I don't know) but its still worth a check sometimes he might have something that you just wouldn't expect except Transformers Figures

Staring at a masterpiece movie Starscream (1) in Turkey creek Target* as of the time of this posting. Wasn’t sure if any of you are looking for him.

Maryville Target has a Masterpiece Starscream. I looked at the box and was rather surprised at how lite it was considering the size and price.

 

Amazon will be sending me the Quint judge and Allicon, arriving Thursday! I haven't even opened Skorponok or Skylynx yet!

The past month or two has been INSANE for toys! Transformers, TMNT, GI Joe, MOTU, AEW, Ghostbusters, Marvel Legends....they all just did major product dumps days within one another. If I didn't have all this free time on my hands to look for them I would've missed out on most of them to scalpers, no question. I am SOOOO thankful for Amazon preorders with TFs, even if they DID ship my coneheads with no box. I love it. No driving around to scumbag Wal Marts finding nothing; you just get to look forward to things showing up.

The only things that I have missed is the Cobra Trooper and Baroness set. It's been a ride!
