I finally found an Optimal Optimus at the Target on Turkey Creek but I passed on it.

 

2 Trypticons at Ollies in Columbia, TN if any one is still looking for $49.99. They had bunch of overlords and blitzwings and some TLK stuff

 

Kind of weird situation at Ollie's in Knoxville: ALL of the Titans return stuff they've had for months was suddenly gone. I asked a couple employees if it had been moved and they didn't know, so maybe a reseller just bought the whole lot?
In its place was a new (to Ollie's) bumblebee figure and some mini figs

Found 1 full set of Seige deluxe figures at Hixson Target!!!! Finally!!! Now to find Ss Dropkick and I’m done

 

I didn’t know Dropkick was already out...looking forward to the voyager and leader Siege guys.

 

Forgot to post, but there were several Dropkicks and KSI Agents at Clinton Hwy Walmart and a few of the Bumblebee Camaro/VW two packs at that Target as of Tues night. Didn't see any seige deluxes there, but they had a few targetmasters.

 

Found wave 1 Siege Battlemasters and micromasters at the Franklin Target along with Siege deluxes they only have Skytread and Swideswipe didn’t see hound or cog, they also had 2 power of the primes Optimal Optimus (one left with me) and one SS Rotf Starscream didn’t see much else no siege voyagers or new SS Deluxes

Yeah, I was there a couple of hours ago. Was able to get a deluxe cog, but they had to get it from the back.

 

SS Dropkick and Sentry dude found at HP Target. I left with 1 each and 1 of each left ..... wow!! Dropkick sure doesn’t fill that box out lol

 

Went to Turkey Creek Target last night and found:

1 Studio Series Dropkick
1 Studio Series DOTM Ratchet
1 Studio Series ROTF Starscream
Wave 3 POTP Primemasters (all 3 of them)
1 battered to hell POTP Optimal Optimus. Figure was fine, but the packaging was all crushed and dented.

 

Hey everyone I just had this guy delivered yesterday, now this figure is a mess, for something that was delayed for a year I feel like Takara/Hasbro really dropped the ball on this guy he has so many issues, now first the transformation for this figure is just disappointing he comes packaged in robot mode and trying to get him into vehicle is nothing short of a nightmare nothing really wants to stay tabbed in except the legs I guess that's one of the good things about him since they actually stay tabbed in during the transformation, now when you get to the hood of the vehicle mode nothing wants to stay tabbed in and the directions are very vague on what your suppose to do since they can never print off good directions, now in robot mode is where he shines except for a few issues the legs on my figure are a bit loose but I did tighten the joints and there better, the panels on the arms do not stay tabbed in also could be my figure, but it would be nice if they had tabbed in a lot better, and finally the shoulders is just ugh the bane of the figure they do not tab in all except lower in the torso which leaves the arms to be all floppy the head sculpt though is actually really good and makes Iron hide look awesome. Now I don't know what happened down the development line for this figure but if they had done something that made the shoulders tab in better then it would be awesome. For my score of the figure it would give it maybe a 4 out 10 it just has issues that the directions doesn't cover hopefully someone will do an in def review on YouTube and how to transform him properly, now he looks great though the face sculpt but I feel like for the price of him its a bit disappointing if he were around $100 then fine but not for $130. Now if want a good movie Iron hide figure I would personally go with the Studio Series Ironhide but if you want a challenge and you have the patience an the money than this guy is for you. I will say though he does look good standing next to the other movie masterpiece figures just wished he didn't have so many issues

 

I don’t even bother with the movie MPs any more. Bumblebee was a mess and Prime don’t even get me started. Rather just buy SS and be done with that. Sorry your figure is such a mess

 

I checked WM, Ollie's, Bargain Hunt and Ross in Columbia last night...nothing new or notable anywhere. Ollie's finally sold out of Trypticons, though.

 

You know what though I didn't mind prime or bumble bee that much yea they have there issues but i could look past that and they to be honest though for the price that they retailed at they weren't bad not great but not bad, and now with Ironhide retailing for $134 which is just pathetic and i mostly wanted him since i liked the movie version of Ironhide, i have the studio series figure which is pretty nice and since the masterpiece figure was delayed after delay I thought they were going to fix the issues that it might previously had but I don't know if that was the case just bottom line is the figure is not great i think if they had fixed the shoulders then it would be awesome but right now its just going to be a paper weight like i said earlier i hope someone comes out with a review that transforms him in a better way then i'm all for it but for now and for anyone else looking to buy this guys if your looking for a challenge then buy him but if not just stick with SS Ironhide

 

Any sightings of G1 mini-bots in TN yet?

 

Nothing here at the Franklin Walmart which I'm not surprised, but I would check Springhill TN, it seems that they actually restock their shelves and put out new product and possibly could have the mini-bots

 

I posted a while back that the Walmart in Madisonville had all of them. I have also seen individual ones on pegs at both the Maryville and Alcoa Walmart, but that was some time ago.

 

Well I was hoping to find siege deluxes for christmas. I preordered at BBTS but only the voyagers have come in so far. Anyone in the knoxville area seen a complete set of the deluxes recently that might still be available?

 

Best I can offer you if that on Wednesday I was able to get a nice employee to pull a box a siege deluxes from the back at Turkey Creek Target. I only got Hound and Skytread so if no one else asked they might still have them. (They weren't out because they hadn't set their shelf space yet, but the Target near West Town had put them out last week which is why I asked.)

Siege has been showing up at Wal-Mart, right? It seems like only Target has actually allowed space to these things so far.

OH! I found BotBot blind pods at two different Knox Wal-Marts in their red holiday bins that are in the middle of the aisle if anyone's looking for those.
