California Transformers Sightings

Last night I spotted Power-Up Prime & Megatron keychains at the Irvine Spectrum Hot Topic priced at 8.99. I took pics with my phone, but for some reason they didn't save correctly.

stopped by Target at serramonte and WOW... they finally went FULL force on the RotF figures by set up an extra aisle (with 2/3 of the row) around the back of the regular transformers section and I counted deluxe in preview + wave 2 and 3 with total of 4 (depth)x 22 (length) x 3 (height) hanging on the pegs + a few more loose pegs so a rough total number of deluxe on display are over 300 pieces. Then voyagers at one end and the other end. some leader but no jetfire yet.

then stopped by RWc toysrus... nothing special...
then stopped by Rwc kmart... no , they haven't restocked anything... I was thinking whether I 'd have a chance to meet that H.A.BB in person..while hanging on the $5 coupon.. and btw, I couldn't even find the price tag of that H.A. BB.

Where did people find them earlier ? at the overhead bench where most of the stuff there are without price tag on the shelf. That store sucks anyway.

Same story at both San Leandro and Hayward Kmarts. Friggin' wastelands, those two...don't waste your money on bridge toll, buddy.

Found two HABB figures at TRU on Blossom Hill. Someone crushed the boxes for both of them.

Also, gonna stop looking for the dark Breakaway variant now since it's getting a nice repaint.

edit: Decided to pick up one of the several hundred Wheelie figures now that I've seen the movie. The character turned out very well.

Except for one of the worst scenes in the movie involving Wheelie, I was really surprised at how likable the dude is. I'm likely going to buy him when I go out later today.

stopped by WM at mountain view , although I didn't really plan to get any new scouts , there are none. There they have the new pallet sitting at the intersection of the aisles ; one side with most voyagers up to date but I only found megatron as the newest..; the other side has lots of deluxe but most are wave 2 and the preview's (not wave 1?) and only small quantity of wave 3 hidden in the back. So dig harder if you want ravage, cannon bb, or mudflap at the pallet.

Then Screwed that BK !! I stopped by the BK at the plaza around there.. ordered a Double BK Stackicon meal and although the picture looks so big... in reality, it is just a double regular size patty cheeseburger with a few small stripes of bacons and bbq sauce. I FELT CHEATED !! I should have ordered a Whopper instead!! And the worst part is that BurgerKing reheated the patty in the microwave oven !! I kept that receipt and I will dial that number to do the survey and to cause them trouble!! Don't be deceived by that BK ! reheating patty on microwave is pure wrong !!

OT: I spotted some more Marvel Universe 3.75" figures including UnionJack, an orange goblin repaint, and Blade at the WM..

Jetfire hit walmart today.

Spotted Voyager Megs and Mixmaster. Deluxe Ravage and like 1000 Wheelie and Chromias at SFV Walmart.
And the Deluxe figures are on sale for $9.00 and the Voyagers are $18.00 at Wallys.
