I was near Toms River and figured I’d give a try, plus I wanted to stop in the HobbyTown right next to it.

 

Any sightings of Beachcomber in South Jersey yet? Or the mythical Hound?

 

Beachcomber hasn’t been seen anywhere. Aside from the first sightings of him at some GameStop locations, his wave was completely skipped over.

Hound still has yet to be officially revealed, but is currently rumored to be an early 2024 release

 

I thought I was alone in never seeing Beachcomber. Never saw Devcon either. The Detritus wave is currently beginning to pile up by me.

 

Saw the 3rd wave of Legacy Evo deluxes I think twice. Both times were at Gamestop and never saw Devcon at either one.

 

Well I'm glad it wasn't too out of the way, hopefully the other store was worth it.

Stopped by the Burlington in Woodbridge, they have a few Coronation Starscreams and BB Soundwaves, and two 86 Hot Rods but one was opened, didn't see if anything was actually missing or not though.

 

Are you referring to the Walmart retro reissue Hound? Saw Hot Rod at Woodbridge once, but nothing beyond that for that series. Was able to grab Hound when he was briefly in stock at Pulse. This line appears to be going strong in Canada, but don’t know what happened here…

 

My guess is as to why the 86 G1 reissues are so sparse is possibly do to G1 Starscream clogging up the shelves. I never saw any of that line past the first two: Hot Rod and Starscream. Seems like 86 Starscream is always clogging the shelves: first was Studio Series 86 Leader and then the 86 G1 Reissue, go figure.

 

There are 2 ss mirages at south plainfield target.
piscataway walmart has tons of toxitron, grimlock, and lasercycles. 2 g2 jazz and 2 g2 mirages

 

Looks like all or most of them are available on the Walmart app.

Rt 27 Walmart has a whopping one of the RotB Core Voyager Optimus Prime among all the Core Voyager Rhinoxeses.

Also the Legacy and SS bundles are in the holiday section, but a lot of the Legacy ones (Elita, Tarantulas , Wild Rider, and Knockout) haven't been shrink wrapped yet, so their barcodes are covered.

I purchased the single Pinpointer/Crankcase and looks like Perceptor/Brawn, Elita-1/Tarantulus, and Wild Rider/Knockout are going to be plentiful.
