It is really worth it. It is fully transformable, though a bit odd to hold when trying to write. But I just got it so I have something to play with. And when someone comes in, I can say..."oh, goodness no, I'm not playing. Can you not see that it is a pen. Gee...how dare you accuse me. I will destroy you and everything you hold precious in this life."

My local comic shop (JC comics rt 22 Watchung) has CVS WST. I saw an 8 box out. Bought two of them. I got Starscream and a THUNDERCRACKER!!!! Woot!   They may still have them.

Woodbridge Walmart at the site of the old Bradlees has 2 Mirage's,a Cliffjumper,several Alt Hounds and a lot of basics.


And of interest in the same shopping center an Amazing Savings is due to open no specific date was on the store,except November,but it looked pretty well stocked and pretty close to opening.I know AS hasn't generally had an TF's but I've seen Knockoffs from time to time,and BTR's so who knows.

Found Energon Stormjet & the Constructicon torso guy at Target in Middletown. Got Stormie, didnt have enough scratch for both. Went back today for the green one, he was gone, even after I hid him in cookware.

 

Dammit, that's MY store!  

KB in piscataway gave me the rest of U-defensor and U-Devastator, there's still plenty of each. Also some G1 spychangers still there. Kohl's next door didn't have anything exciting (no BIABs). Walmart in Piscataway didn't have anything new either, Landquakes and Bulkheads, 2 Dead Ends.

 

Kohls on Rt. 9 in Howell has the BIAB sets, though no more Ultra Magnus/Treadshots. There were two of the Smokescreen/Ransack sets left as of today.

TRU in Eatontown (and maybe all over) is having the Big Toy Book Sale going down and they had Shockblast and the like for 14.99. There's also a clearance on minicons so all the sets they have are 5.29 or something odd like that. Don't know how long it's going on so strike while you can.

 

Target in Middletown gave me a Steamhammer this morning. Let me just say I really hate this guy. I think he's my least favorite Energon toy so far. I'll rant about him later in Toyark. Anyway.

The store still has the new alts (tracks is in the backroom though), some nemesis primes, the new megas (ok not new, but newish- cliffjumper, dreadwing, etc), and I saw in the back room (didn't have the money to buy it though) GALVATRON.

 

Target in Milltown gave me E-Galvatron

Orodruin, is your Steamhammer assembled wrong?? mine was the treads were on backwards. in bot mode the 2 little flat pegs sticking out of the treads are supposed to lock into the sides of the waist, not sit above the robot head.

 

Mine is like that too, I wasn't sure it was a mistake but the instructions show it is. Weird though, flat pegs and a round hole. Looks like an easy fix though, 4 little screws should do it.

I'm surprised I haven't run into in the TF aisle. Maybe we can meet up sometime and talk TF. And I'm guessing you picked up the Steamhammer I had hidden in the cookware aisle! Damn vigilant Target employees! I had that thing hidden perfectly!

Back on topic, my job took me down near the Targets in Toms River and Brick this morning, both had exactly jack.

Toymaker, did you check the KB in piscataway? They had plenty of the guys there last Friday or so. It's right around the corner from Walmart, let me know if you need directions or anything.

Thoughtcrime- You haven't run into me there since I work there overnight.   Pretty much all shopping I do is after my shift ends around 8am.

As for meeting up- and this goes out to everyone in the thread- there's the toy show coming up in about a month at Brookdale, we could all meet up there for a bit. Who's in?

 

I'll probably be going to the toy show at Brookdale. I'll let you know for sure though.

On another note...the Kay-Bee at Monmouth mall is having a store closing sale. Everything is 10-30% off. I imagine the sale will get better as time goes on, but that's a good start. The TF's were 30%, and that's the important part. They didn't have much, except Cyclonus (I think) and Omega Supreme and basics.

oro, thanks. Walked into KB at P-way and there was none! Someone came in over the weekend and bought ALL of them. I asked the manager and he went in the back and had a Scavenger so I'm all good.
My comic shop (JC comics on rt 22 Watchung) has robotmasters! They have a Megs, Primal, some of the repaints and the Dreadwing/smokejumper repaints. I got the Snarl repaint. Bound Rogue -07 They also have the SL jetfire repaint.

 

Union City TRU has Dreadwing, Shockblast, Omega Supreme, and Prime/Megs 2 pack.

Secaucus WalMart has Dreadwing and Energon Ironhide. Plus, Cliffjumper and Shockblast has been restocked.

KB in Mill Creek Mall has 4 out of 6 MM Constructicons and Energon exclusive Cyclonus.
