Wal*Mart Supercenter in Bryan has Powerlinx Hot Shot, Thrust, and Cyclonus. Also, they have a couple of Cheetors and Airrazors.

 

Hey Did you buy the PLX Hotshot, if so could you upload pics of it, because you got the variant.. I know because I came after you and got it as well. The one they had at the Supercenter had the autobot symbol defined, and the others at other stores have the regular one. So if you bought it, upload pics so others can see.

ARGH!!! NO!! I didn't I was going to buy it but I thought better of it at the last moment. Man! That makes me mad!

 

I picked up Universe Prime and Ultra Magnus at Sams in College Station this morning. Both were $17.83. There were quite a few left, I got the third and fourth from the two tier pallet display with the rest of the Christmas toys.

 

Kb toys has minicons and some other TF's 20% off right now, saw them at the Lakeline Mall one, havent been to the barton or Highland one lately!

 

A friend of mine said the College Station TRU has tons of Hoists and Inferno reissues. The Bryan Super Walmart and Navasota Walmart is well stocked with Cheetor, PL Hot Shot (red forehead/clean Autobot symbol version), Brown PL Thrust, and Green Cyclonus.

Tidal Wave and Overload have not been seen in the BCS area for weeks though.

You sure the PLX Hot Shot's have the red forehead?? I got two and while they did have the clear symbol, none had the red foreheads. Have you actually seen the red forehead?? Please get back to me on it...

Hmm...interesting. I have not actually seen the red forehead. You can't see it either by just looking at the figure sealed in the package.

This is why I said the PL Hot Shot with the clear Autobot Symbol had the red forehead. I don't have one but I do have the grey forehead version with the unclean Autobot Symbol.

Tidal Wave, PLX Jetfire, PLX Cyclonus and PLX Thrust found at the Wal-Mart near Lakeline (620 and 183). Tidal Wave and PLX Thrust are pretty cool (I got the 'desert camo' Thrust).

 

I've see absolutely NOTHING recently!  
 

THough I haven't found many PL characters either.. and I would hate to pay top dollar for alot of them... :redface

For those of you that have yet to buy the Sky Boom Repaint and the Destruction Repaint sets, they are now showing up in the Wal-mart 2 packs. Now you can buy yourself the sets you need, plus have an extra to keep or give away at Christmas.

A guy on another board doubted they would be in 2 packs already so I took some picks the other day to verify:

Hey AUstin peeps, went to new Geffory's on I-35 and Parmer I guess it is, and they have SuperCons buy one get on free, or lesser value. I got a supercon and more Minicons baby!!!....

Place is really cool, they have really out done themselves, I cant belive the Rus company has actually dished out money to do all this. Now there are 3 TRU's in Austin.

Heh. Forgot all about sighting lately.
Jhiaxus and Megabolt, the KB exclusives, are at the Highland Mall and Lakeline Mall KBs. Still a couple of Destructicons even, and clear Spychangers at the Highland Mall as well. They've unloaded many figures from a fresh new wave, and have all the Universe figures at both stores. But it's a damn mess, you need to hunt.

 

I wish we carried TF at my store, but we do however carry power rangers.

 

Went to the Parmer/I35 TRU, and just as you said, Contessa_Convoy, the place is real impressive. Loved seeing almost the ENTIRE hasbro commemoritive line on the shelves.
BTW, you work at KB?

 

Nope she works at the Disney Store at Highland, They carry Power Ranger stuff.....to bad they dont carry TFs otherwise Id have the major hook up YO!
