Went to the new walmart in Haymarket today. Grand opening at 8am! NEVER AGAIN! They had a color guard, kids doing the pledge of alegeance, a woman singing the national anthem, then TWENTY MINUTES OF SPEECHES!

I finally got in to check the toy aisles. They had 2 cases of voyagers, but only one of the dreadwing wave (the other was the prime/megs/bulk/starscream case). I bought dreadwing.

They also had plenty of the new cyberverses, including at least one each of black bulkhead, tailgate (white CJ), and fallback (tan breakdown). They had one of the deluxe wave 4 case with airrachnid. I almost bought her, but didn't. She's back on the shelf behind other deluxes. They did have at least one case of new Generations, too, if anyone needs Shockwave.

They also had 2 cases of the Marvel Avengers 6" figs, and one full case of the Batman Movie Masters, but I bought R'as Al Ghul (so there's still a catwoman and bane at least). Come to think of it, I didn't see John Blake, so I'm not sure if he's in that case or not. No spiderman movie 6" figs. Didn't someone report them at a walmart somewhere up here? I've not seen them anywhere yet...

Their Lego aisle was fully stocked as well, if anyone's looking for the Spiderman set, they have 4.

They also have tons of vendors giving stuff away (I got a free loaf of bread randomly) so if you're in the area it might be worth stopping by.

 

Sterling Walmart had like 3 pegs full of 6" Spidey figs as of early last week. Haven't checked this week.

 

I thought so. I might have to check after work today and see if they still have any. Though, I'm sure they'll show up everywhere sooner or later... probly right after I drive way out of the way to pick them up. =/

 

At 9:35 am today, there were two Masterpiece Thundercrackers sitting on the Sterling TRU shelves.

 

And thanks for the tip! I left a little early for work and went by that Walmart, they had 2 each of the movie figures, none of the comic one (who I didn't want anyway). So I'm set. One each of Spidey and Lizard left on the shelves, nothing else of interest to TF fans.

Thanks for the heads up on the MP Thundercracker being at Sterling TRU. (Thanks too JamesB.. ) I was able to have them hold one for me and just picked him up.

 

Picked up the last thundercracker at the Manassas TRU at 6:35 tonight. Fair Lakes TRU has 4 coming in on the friday truck so either be there at 10 when they open or have their phone number ready to dial.

Hit Winchester last night. No MPTC at TRU. Target North had new legion class. I bought Tailgate but left Fallback and Knockout.

 

No MP Thundercrackers at Military TRU, they have one MP Hot Rod on the shelf.

 

Hit Fairlakes TRU on the way in today, no TC. They did have some kreo minifigs, only one sunstorm, no galvatrons. i think multiples of all the others. Nothing TF wise at that Target.

 

They are getting 4 tonight on the truck and will have them on the shelf tomorrow morning.

 

I called them before I saw this, said 4 were in Tuesday but all sold out. I was there Tuesday morning and saw none.
