Last weekend, at Anime USA there was some of the newer Super Link stuff (such as Robotmasters, Galvatron-G, etc) Saw a couple of Alternator Tracks at the Kingstowne Walmart on Sunday.
Martinsville Wal-Mart has Energon deluxes TOW-LINE, DOWNSHIFT, SHARKTICON, SLUGSLINGER, & ENERGON HOT SHOT.
Blacksburg Kroger has started stocking transformers again. Nothing much, just energon basics so far. Last fall they had a very surprisingly good selection, it's where I got arm. wheeljack and was pretty tempted to get PL demolishor. Then they stopped stocking TFs for some reason. Hopefully they will put up the gestalt limb basics.
Springfield Mall Target: Found one StormJet. No other combiner stuff. Kingstowne TRU: Same ol' newer stuff. Kingstowne Walmart: 2 Meisters, 2 Tracks, other Alternators, etc.
Roanoke K-Marts both have the SWAT 2 pack. These things are cool as hell. K-Mart's actually got about the best stocked toy departments right now - floor to ceiling toys, lots of newer stuff. Hasbro really needs to crank out some more "special team" 2 packs. These look great.
Cristiansburg Wal mart: nothing new. Picked up soundwave/space case at target. Also there was one nemesis prime however I already have big convoy. I left it for anyone who wants it.
Bonsack Wal-Mart: Grimlock/Swoop Wing Saber Alt Meister Alt Tracks Snagged one Grimlock/Swoop, but several still left on shelf. FYI, the Dead End and Hound appear to be the new Smokescreen and Sideswipes of alternators around here.
Leesburg Target has 1 Sledge and 1 Sky Shadow left if anyone wants to get started on Superion and Constructicon Maximus.
Roanoke: Valley View Wal-Mart: 2 Omega Sentinels (1 left! - and the head is broken on it, so it'll probably be there awhile). Cool robot mode, lame ass alt modes! Roanoke Target: Sledge, Sky Shadow, Storm Jet - Sledge is left Big haul the last few days - Grimlock/Swoop, SWAT team, Omega Sentinel, Superion pieces.....giddy up!
Just got back from Leesburg Wal Mart. and they had everything other then the combiners. so if you want a shockblast or the recolor of cliffjumper. and alt meister and tracks go hit it up.
bumpage Christiansburg Walmart- swerve, air raid/wind sheer. Christiansburg Target- stormjet, duststorm, sledge, omega sentinel. Everyone be sure to root for the hokies tomorrow! We're one game away from the sugar bowl and being the ACC champions!
Roanoke Valley View Wal-Mart: They've got the combiner pallet in, but all the items are on the shelf in the main aisle and the aisle next to it. All the current combiner limbs are available. $7.44 for the deluxes. Already had 3/5ths of Superion, so picked up the "Devastator" parts. God, he is ugly...the gestalt head sculpt is nightmare-inducing ugly also. Superion and Bruticus are definitely the best of the 3 combiners. Oh, and they had 12 alternators on the shelf - Sideswipe and Streak anyone? I wonder where they dug these old things up from.... Other Wal-Marts don't really have anything of note - Salem had a Shockblast. The Wal-Mart on Challenger Ave seems to be the best of the crop lately, having Beachcomber, Grimlock/Swoop, Wing Saber, etc. But they also have the smallest shelf space for Alternators. TRU's TF section was a disaster. Have 2 Ricochets, and everything else looks like a tornado hit it. No good sales on the in-stock reissues. Rodimus is $20. Lots of Omega Sentinels in stock. And oh yeah..... WAY TO GO HOKIES!!!!
Nothing new in the immediate area. leesburg walmart and target.. nothing new. same goes for the sterling walmart and target. nothing new in the herndon k mart. nothing new in the chantilly k mart. the only place i havent hit up was the target over in chantilly.
