*sigh* How am I already finding a returned Red Alert? lmao. I haven't even seen any of the wave 3 deluxes and when I do, it's a damn return. It'd be funny if it wasn't so sad. I took the toy to the returns counter and they marked it out.

Oh, this was at the Chantilly Walmart off of 28.

Nothing, from what I could tell. The box was just beaten up -- None of the bands were in place either. I would have left it on the shelf but, let's face it, no one is going to buy the figure in that condition. Oh well.

Aha, Brickseek says there's six siege deluxes in stock. I think we've got a hider on our hands. Or a bad stocking job.

Either way I'll head out today to see for myself. Need to pick up a few things anyway.

 

My money is on bad stocking... I mean how do they only have one size class from the whole line?

Edit: I forgot they occasionally get a voyager case on the shelves too... There's a Megatron there as of last night as well..

 

I could be wrong but Walmart is not as good at updating their inventory as Target, so while it might say 6 in stock, that might not actually be the case. It's best to wait until the next day to see if the number drops. Granted, that's not the greatest option is there is a hider.

I'm a bit of a hider myself. If I know someone here is looking for something, instead of making them have to meet up with me, I will hide the item for them so they can just go to the store and grab it themselves. This will make it easier on them if they choose to return it (in the off-chance there is an issue with the figure).

I’m pretty sure they had gotten a case. I watch the brickseek counts too and most stores are right But employees locating stock or the issue for me. Hampton supposedly got them two nights ago but lost the case in the back stock room. So eventually they will find them.

On the other hand I found a full case of wave 3! at the Phoenix blvd. I brought the 2 red alert, 2 refactor and brunt. So I’m now looking for 1 Refraktor to complete reflector. Case breakdowns is 2 red alert, 2 hound, 2 brunt, and 2 Refraktor which sucks !! Still hunting

 

Shit like that is why I preordered pretty much all of wave 3, including 3 refracktors... I was just lucky to find Red in the wild..

Yeah it does and Hasbro knows what they are doing. They are clogging the shelf’s with wave one again rather than wave 2 in power of the primes. So I missed the amason preorder for refractor.

 

Walmart Tysons West has pegs stuffed with Siege Deluxe wave 2. BUT, they had the toy pallet out with the new stuff to be shelved. I spotted a Fresh TRA WFC DELUXE AST case. Inside? ...Another case of wave 2. -_-

 

Wandering around, breaking in a new engine, as long as the weather holds up. First stop, chesapeake sq walmart, nothing of note.

 

2nd stop...Airline blvd Wal-Mart, nothing new, but apparently just found a fresh case of wave 1 voyagers, if anyone is still looking.

 

Grassfield walmart, lots of wave 1 voyagers, wave 2 leaders, g1 minibots, and this sweet Ice cream truck.....plus a bunch of kids that were VERY excited to take pics with me at the car show in the parking lot (they recognized me from tv)

 

Battlefield walmart, surprisingly empty shelves. Theyre usually pretty good with keeping up stock.

 

A similar thing happened with me this morning at Fair Lakes Walmart. I asked them to bring out the extra case of figures they have and it was a bunch of Wave 2 stuff.

 

Glen Allen, the other 2 walmart super centers near richmond, midlothian walmart, and forest hill walmart all had none of the Siege wave 3 in the past week. They may show up next week though I saw some boxes for the toy section in the Glen Allen walmart .

 

You hit places that have haven’t received them. I think brickseek said Suffolk (main st.) got a new batch Thursday and Williamsburg again today (got something). Suffolk count has drop 8 figures already from Thursday. Williamsburg just increase by 8 today and since the last time substorm9119 been by to snag the lone red Alert. I hope this helps someone. But we are not guaranteed to get wave 3.
