Hey Just found E. Prowl at the Hard Hittin New Britain Wal-Mart. They had some of the newer Universe figs in addition to Divebomb, Signal Flare, Landmine and Perceptor. Also the Hot Shot and Inferno with the Fleer bio cards were there. Also they got a restock of Energon Primes in, but I was unable to check if these were the new full face plate ones or not.
Zoooom! I just saw, quite literally, 20 Energon Megatrons at the Bristol (Route 6) Walmart. He's definitely very, very large, though I have to admit I was expecting him to be bigger. The sculpting looks to be fairly decent, though someof the paint apps are a bit messy. I passed on him, so they're all still there. Someare on the bottom with the TFs, the rest are in overstock on the other side of the aisle with a few black gun MP Primes. Oddly, these Primes have a little silver sticker on the window plastic that reads "exclusive poster inside", or something. Haven't seen that on any of the others. Oh, they also had some kind of polybagged Energon Dreamwave comic in the toy aisle, and the new giant-Autobot-logo Prowl from Universe. New Britain TarJay has a few grey gun MP Primes (is the grey gun exclusive to Target?) and Universe Prowl.
Hear ye hear ye! The Newington Wal*Mart TF liecensing section is open for business as of today at 4:45pm. I was able to snag Rodimus and Snowcat. There was at least one of each left. There were also a BUTT load of basics, Cruellock, Divebomb, Signal Flare, etc, etc. E. Megs was there along with MP Prime (Black Gun). Also if you havent bought the "exclusive" Wal*Mart comic, skip it. Its a reprint of issue 19. :upchuck Only thing extra was some bios.
TRU on Berlin Turnpike 2 Dirge reissues left, though their boxes have ruined edges. 1 Rodimus Prime reissue. Plus 2 Landmines stacked with E.Primes on top shelf, where you'll need a ladder to get them down and Energon Perceptor (# ?).

Demolisher is also in the Wal-Mart in Avon and the Wal-Mart in East Windsor (there was only one left there).

Hey, folks. Been MIA for a while, but I see that the new Alternators are making the rounds. Has ANYONE seen them in the Bristol, Southington, New Britsky, or Newington Wally Worlds? I've been scouring those goddam stores almost daily for the past two weeks, and no dice.
Hey, guess who found Silverstreak. Go ahead, guess. I did! Found him today over at the Avon Wal*Mart. I got the one oon the shelf, but didn't bother asking if there were more in the back. This at least shows that Avon got another shipment (beyond the original Silverstreaks that LoserBroadside got there), so hopefully some of the other area stores are gonna start getting their new cases in, too. Some people at two separate Wal*Marts show that they should have 12 on the shelf, which means that new orders should be arriving very shortly. Hopefully, this is good news for us Hound-hunters, also.
Danbury Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, and Bethel Target STILL have nothing beyond Wave 2. Newest figures include Landmine, Alt Sideswipe, and Universe Skywarp.
HA! Finally! The Danbury Toy Works had ONE Energon Demolishor! I didn't buy it, because I'm trying to save money ($9.99 vs $12.99). I didn't get to check anywhere else, but my assumption is that Wal-Mart probably has new stuff if Toy Works does.
Khols in Avon has Offshoot and Powerlinx Storngarm. Powerlinx Strongarm is also in the Target and Kolhs in Enfield. They're both in the current packaging
K-Mart in Torrington: TF Universe Battle in a Box set Crystal Widow vs Oil Slick also for you Star wars fans..they just got in the Vintage OTC figs( the ones that come in the clamshell casing was able to pick up Obi Wan,Leia and Han Solo..no sign of Luke also..Wal-Mart in Avon has a ton of the reg OTC figs..they are not in the same aisle as the action figures. You have to go down the pool aisle and look on the very top shelf
I will talk to my friend that works there and find out if they have any in the back. He told me that they have a crap load of cases of stuff that has yet to be put out due to the new toy manager..who does not know what the hell he is doing
Went to the Danbury Wal-Mart, they didn't have any new Energon, but they did have two Alternators Blue(silver)streaks. And if anyone's interested, Toy Works no longer has Demolishor but I do.
Target over by WestFarms Mall currently has Armada Unicron on clearance for $20. He's not shelved with the action figures; they've got him on an endcap further down by the girls' toys. Great price for anyone who wants another, or never picked up the original due to cost (for those of us who skipped him due to size concerns, this means nothing).
