mebbe missed it but i figured i would add a topic for the Hudson Valley of New York (Middletown, Poughkeepsie, Newburgh, and anywhere in between) to post any findings in the area. Couple days ago picked up Thrust and Sideswipe at Target in Middletown and they got a crapload of Silverstreaks at TRU in poughkeepsie
Went to MIddletown TRU the other day had all of Commemorative Series III and had a lot of them along with PM prime. They had about 5 or 6 RID scourges on the shelf but unfortunatly they were still full price. I know someone else out there gotta live in this area i can't be the only one. Anywho heading out to Keepsie today if i find anything will let you know.
I wish I lived in that area. I think it is the most beautiful part of our country, even if you can't eat the fish. If I were self-employed and could work from home I would SO be living in Highland Falls right now. Just north of Bear Mountain.
though i know this is supposed to be for new sightings i cant help myself...after having my run of TF's this weekend i left the following G1 toys at the Dutchess Flea Market in Fishkill at the toy vendors that are right to the left when you walk in: Motormaster, Grimlock, Sideswipe, Blurr, one of the jumpstarters, and Jetfire (might have been one or two more i forget) so to anyone thats interested the flea market opens again on Saturday at 9am they were all left.
I had my mother pic up a small Godzilla from them for my office heard the flea market has really good pickles (no joke) they seem to be many months behind with the TFs
no no no mugen toys is the crackhead store at the south hills mall in poughkeepsie. The Dutchess flea Market is right off of exit 13 on 84. make the right and its in that shopping center. It is a bunch of people selling a lot of stuff. When you walk in, make a left and about 2 booths down is a huge spot with all kinds of old toys. Thats where they had the old Transformers. Note: the pickles there are cool...the nuts, dried fruit, and 14 flavors of licorice are better (we're right behind the pickle guy pay us a visit.)
I'll have to try it. I'm a graduate of Minisink Valley and Mount St, Mary, former nature educator at Bear Mountain, and current resident of and teacher in Port Jervis. By and large I've found the Matamoras Wal-Mart (next to Port, formely PA exit 11 off 84) to get the toys before Newburgh and Middletown. TRU is usuallypretty late. Was there last week and they were still unloading wave 3 armada boxes.
Wal-mart in Fishkill had the dinobots and the variant KB in Pughkeppsie had Bludgeon Anyone in the area find scourge and the Target exclusives yet?
About 20 PL Optimus Primes found at Super Wal-Mart is Poughkeepsie. Restrocked Destructicons at KB poughkeepsie. Super Wal-Mart Poughkeepsie also apparently found a case of wave 1 supercons b/c they restocked them and that shocked the shit out of me
TF Universe Snarl, Silverbolt, and Reptilion sighted in NYC! Hey guys... my bro (Sureshot21) and I checked out the TRU in Times Square during lunch and we saw that they had Snarl, Silverbolt, and Reptilion for sale, albeit 2 of each figure (I guess they only got one case). The pictures really don't do these figures any justice man. The paint apps look really nice and are not as "bright" as some of us may have originally thought.
Wave 1 TF Universe and PL Prime in Poughkeepsie NY I just found Wave 1 in Toys R Us in Poughkeepsie NY today as well, also have Powerlinx prime up here too. The universe colors are cool, but snarl is really mistransformed in his packaging. His front paws are facing out to the sides like a gorilla and the one leg is extended. odd
