It was the opposite here in Northern CA. Thundertron was left instead. Now, both can be found. I think Amazon is having a positive effect.

Is anyone here interested in an Art Feather Bumblebee (3rd party BB that turns into a VW bug)? Through some trade wheeling-and-dealing, I'm going to end up with a second one and don't need two.

He's in perfect condition, only transformed once and put on my shelf, and has had stickers applied. Comes with all accessories (Spike, lunchbox, swappable hands, coin, card, instructions, gun). The only thing I don't have is the box.

I paid $70 for him, but I'll take $60. If no one locally is interested, I'm going to toss him up on the BST and/or eBay.

    Let me know.

    EDIT: TRADED TO LUCS

I went by Costco today, they have two packs of Kreos. Megatron and Sideswipe, and Starscream and Prowl. Each two pack is $10.00.
    At Hillsboro Target, not much...
Cornelius Fredmeyerhas thier left over DOTM deluxe's on sale for around $6.

Yeah, but I had bought the set for $20 at the start of November, so the price drop shocked me a bit...but hey, I think the set is worth the $10 just for the Shockwave Kreon

Considering original retail price was at least $50 for both, $10 is amazing. I wouldn't mind getting an extra set at that price. The Kreos are good quality in my opinion they were just spendy.

Nice tip guys, are any of you going to Costco for them still. I'm gonna try to check the local one here in Washington for them, but if they aren't $10 and one of you guys are still going there, I may paypal over $20 if someone is willing to pick up a couple sets and give em to Toys 4 Tots down there.

Well this isn't a sighting but a recommendation, actually, 2.

    1) *Ahem* FOC STARSCREAM IS AWESOME! .........Well okay maybe I shouldn't sound THAT excited, but I am pretty impressed with how well it was made and how simplistic it is while staying very WFC/FOC authentic to the game appearance. I strongly recommend getting him and probably a couple more if you wanna do some repaints. I will be probably doing a Sunstorm and Thundercracker custom in the near future seeing how Skywarp is the only release announced so far just on the Takara side.

    2) iGear Hench is great. He's a good size which worried me a bit, and very nicely done. He's a really nice addition to the classics collection if you need one.

BBTS needs to hurry up and get their FoC Starscreams in stock. I had to ship WB Assaulter because Starscream got bumped to December. Not that I mind...I goddamn love my Assaulter...but I would've liked to take advantage of the POL shipping costs and add another item. I wonder if Hasbro is going to go with the current trend they're doing right now and actually release Thundercracker. We got the GDO/EZ Collection TC, and the MP TC, and in DOTM we got the deluxe TC. It'd be great if TC was something coming...that'd be another Seeker trio done for me.

I heard about the Clackamas Town Center shooting today. I just hope that no one in this local group got hurt. It's such an awful thing to happen this time of year.

I just want to stress to others that, in this time of year where there are a lot of people in public places, to ALWAYS have a mental plan. Think about what you can hide behind to conceal you or hide behind something that will stop a bullet, and always think about where you're going to run when something goes wrong. If you can run safely, do so! If you can't, get behind something or get on your belly and try to get small. Try to remember where any emergency exits are, and any place where you can get out of the line of fire.

Yup, now if Hasbro would only put out Breakdown and we would really be fully complete. Although I guess in the Cyberverse line we do have a complete prime.
Third that! Stay safe out there.

Beaverton Tigard had Thundertron, Blast Off and 3 Vehicons that are worth mentioning, as well as Cyber Skyquake.

Also has everyone gotten a MP OP? I have yet to see that shelf warming unlike TC.

I haven't, but then again I've lost a bit of interest in getting him. Due to a lot of reasons, which include the new price of 130, Warbot Assaulter, and just today I got my 2nd gun...which is a bit awkward, because now I can't look at it without thinking about how Clackamas got shot up today.

Haven't seen Optimus in any of the TRU's I've been too. So seems he's fairly elusive.

Oh, come on. Maybe if you're shopping in the Congo or in the middle of a firefight, but otherwise this is exactly the ridiculous fear-driven mentality that the news media and the politicians want you slurping up.

Guess what? Sometimes people get shot. Sometimes you can do something to avoid it, sometimes you can't. But if you go through life utterly paranoid about things that are statistically extremely unlikely, you're stressing yourself out unduly and wasting your mental energy over nothing.

I'd rather pleasantly shop at the mall without worrying about a 1-in-1,000,000 chance I might get shot than spend every moment planning for that extremely remote possibility. You might as well plan against lightning strikes or winning the lottery while you're at it.

Fear driven mentality? Reading through my post again, I do not see anything in my post that could even imply that. Perhaps my tone, and if that's the case then I apologize. The last thing I want is to incite fear. That is not, and will never be my idea.

Paranoid? Please, how am I paranoid? My advice was given because I advocate preparedness. Do you keep lanterns and candles at home? First aid kits? Water, flashlights and non-perishable foods? I hope you do, because that's part of being prepared. Last time I checked, local and federal governments often stress that it's a good idea to keep stuff like that inside your house just in case.

Do you keep flares and road signs in your car? Jumper cables? For the former, even your driver license manual suggests that at the least those two should be kept in your car. Realistically, the majority of people will never need to use their flares and their road signs...but what happens when you draw the short straw and you get in an emergency, do you have those objects, or do you not?

I don't get "paranoid" about things. I don't understand how you'd draw that kind of conclusion from my post. I am merely suggesting that people should be prepared. What if it wasn't a shooter? What if it was a fire? What if it was an earthquake? Are you prepared to survive in the case of a disaster along those lines? Would you know where your exits are? Would you know where the sturdy areas are?

My point is, that I do this stuff because I am preparing myself to be safe. It takes zero mental effort on me to be aware of my surroundings and situations. I'm not going around obsessively writing and planning routes in a notebook. I'm not saying you need to live your life like a survivalist. What I'm telling you to do is just to be aware and just take a look. It takes no effort to say "oh, there's an emergency exit." Commit that to memory and you'll be that much safer in an emergency.

Remember how you did fire drills during school? I work at the UPS Portland Hub, and at least once every month, they quiz all employees on where your emergency exits, and where your paths are. Will there ever be a situation where you will need to apply that? Hell no, not at our Hub, but they want you to know that just in case something happens. Once every year we have an emergency drill where we practice taking our exit paths and emergency exits, because UPS wants us to be prepared for ANYTHING, even if the chance of it happening is remote.

I would rather be safe because I was prepared, not because I was lucky. I hope other people think this same way too.

You know what? Nothing has changed for me either. This shooting has not stopped me from going to Clackamas Town Center or Lloyd Center. I still go to packed midnight showings. Despite me doing these things, I still have a ton of fun everywhere I go. I understand the difference between being a paranoid fear monger and someone who is prepared, is all.
