As of 1130 today hillsboro target had one full case of wave 3 deluxes and a few extra hot rods and getaways for 9.99
Vancouver Mill Plain Target has 1 1/2 cases of Deluxe Wave 3 on the shelf as of 10:31 pm. I grabbed a set and the guy stocked the pegs. Breakaway is only one per case, for some weird reason? So there is just one of him left. This Target was showing 24 figures on hand according to Brickseek and zero on the pegs, the guy was more than happy to fish them out of the back. Mall 205, Airport, and Fairview also have 25+ figures according to Brickseek so if you're looking, those are the stores to potentially try. They are $9.99 and there are signs everywhere to get a $10 off $50 coupon off your Toys purchase. I threw in some World of Nintendo Target exclusive figures and got them for almost free.
185th Target has 3 Hot Rods and 4 Astrotrains. I picked up the only Twinferno Still looking for Triggerhappy
QC report: Twinferno suffers from a high Titan Master joint like Highbrow. My Daburu has kinda a loose neck balljoint so that means Twinferno's head flops around without the shoulders to hold it in place.. just like my Highbrow! But even worse is the robot ankle/dragon hip piece on one side is melted along the ends?! Melted.. as in wavy plastic and not fully formed like the other side. Why, if the pegs on the dragon's back actually worked and the hip pieces could peg into it, I wouldn't be able to do that on my figure due to that much plastic missing.
Try Cascade, Mall 205 or Fairview. Still 25+ figures there according to Brickseek, likely the new wave sitting in the back. Might need to get an employee to bring it out from the back.

Found Fort Max (no Bruticus) at the Airport Ross. Grabbed one and left the other there but It was gone by the time Roufuss was able to check. All the Rosses in Vancouver are a bust also. But he is here and making his way around. Heard they might only get one case of 2 per store, but that might just be a rumor though right now.
Yea, searched the whole store, even talked to the employees, they only got two at the airport and both were gone pretty quick.
I was at Sherwood Target at lunch today (and haven't gotten to post about it until now). They had several Hot Rods, 2 of the Chromedome repaints, and a Twinferno. They kindly pulled another case out of the back and I picked up a Triggerhappy & Twinferno (so that I can return my partially melted one). They also made it sound like they possibly had another case back there. I didn't check the Walmart across the street, but I've had good luck finding things there in the past. QC report: Triggerhappy - I see why early reviewers were gushing about this figure. Wonderful jet mode and fun transformation aside, my figure is perfect and feels solid when handling it. I swear if all Deluxes were this good, QC-wise, nobody would complain about the size, paint jobs, price point, or Hasbro's cheapness.
If anyone gets their hands on an extra Fort Max and wants to sell it at cost, hit me up. Hit like six other stores tonight and found nothing.
I stopped by Tanasbourne Ross and no Fort Maxes. Just a Leader Skywarp and a revision Motormaster (that I picked up for $13). No surprise as I think there's a lot of collectors and/or scalpers who hit the 185th area regularly.
