I watched a few episodes of victory last weekend to get a feeling for his character but besides that I was never into it. just thought he'd looked like a lot of fun and I've been enjoying the hell out of him this week.

Now I'm actually hoping for Star Saber and Exhaust not to come in the next couple days. We're headed off to Indianapolis tomorrow to check out the Transformers exhibit at the Children's Museum (which pretty much guarantees they will try to come in while I'm gone).

 

1 lonely CW Armada Megs at the Schaumburg and Bloomingdale TRUs today. Still don't understand the lack of excitement for the Armada Megs. Trust me, I HATED the Armada cartoon series and never watched it but the colors and overall design for the Armada Megs is sweet!

I agree. I actually think Armada megs is by far the nicer-looking version. No question. The colors are much better, and I like the head mold much better as well. Unfortunately, I really want an upgraded classics style G1 megatron, and so i have to hold out for the G1 version of the mold. I don't like to collect multiple versions of the same mold.

 

OMG, I'm so jealous! I've never ventured into collecting and of the Japanese G1 figs as they're so expensive, and there are enough KO's of them that I would probably get fooled into buying one. They look great together, though. Of all the ones you pictured, the only bots I have are the Micromasters and Plex.

 

Woo Hoo! I was able to snag CW G1 Megatron from Walmart!! I'm still lukewarm towards the legs, but I like the overall figure.

 

Congrats! Which Walmart? I was at Algonquin today, but no sign of the leaders. Algonquin TRU had two Armada Megatrons.

 

Our family was coming back up from a trip down to Springfield so unfortunately it wasn't in our area.

 

Hey, it's always great finding something out of town. I remember getting a deluxe Vehicon out at a Target in California when they were super scarce.
