I finally found time to get up to the show on Sunday. I was there from 3 to close. I was actually hoping to find some good deals since it was the end, and I know people didn't want to take as much home as they came with. But that didn't happen.

Now what's up with some US sightings of the next wave of Prime Deluxe, & Voyagers? This hobby seems to be losing momentum for me.

Yea really anyone noticed that stores are more interested in the avengers toys than anything else.my local target and walmart both are beyond overstocked with those but tfp is scarce

I've never been to a toy show, but would like to go. And I think I can make it to this Kane County one since I live in the city now but still have friends in the area since I grew up in St. Charles.

So mostly just curious... what can I expect at a 'regional' show like this?

Any general advice about the show experience? And I'd add that I'm only thinking about TF stuff... at this point I'm not collecting anything else.

Thanks in advance for any advice... I'm rather new to this collecting stuff, so I don't want to get in over my head if I can get to this show!

yeah ive been selling stuff like crazy, once movie stuff is gone all i have is my megatron, skywarp, soundwave and minions collections and then my prime and animated.

Think you'll be fine. I haven't been to the st. charles one in years but from what I've heard you'll probably have to hunt down the TF booths. Even then it will most likely be guys off the boards
