I'm surprised I haven't asked this question sooner, but anyone know any places in DC worth checking out for Transformers? Specifically comic/collectibles/vintage toy stores.

 

Checked out Rockville Walgreens on Saturday. Less than nothing of note. Also been to Germantown Walmart, Target, and GameStop. Equally disappointing.

 

gaithersburg TRU has 1x combining black lion and 1x tr rewind and then 3x leader blaster and a bunch of rid crap [no windblade]. the tf section is tiny and voltron is just one side pallet.

 

Anyone know where I can find an NES Classic Edition?

 

If you're willing to pay double to triple for it then go to eBay. If not like a sane person, check Target every few days and pray. I was supposed to have one day one but got my order canceled and STILL haven't been able to get one despite some others getting lucky casually so I'm actually pretty sore about the subject.

 

I used the brickseek Target inventory tracker, and was able to get one in Columbia last week. Nothing is showing in my general area of MD right now though.

 

I know where you can get an authentic NES for the same price. There's a place called Save Point in the Westminster Mall that sells authentic classic game consoles and games among many things related to video games. It's a great place. It's just hidden away in the corner of the mall by Sears. You can even play classic Arcade games there too if that's something you enjoy.

I was just at Walgreens in Westminster and grabbed their only Hot Rod. They still have 2 Chromedomes and a Hardhead left.

Wave 3 Titan Masters and a couple of Blasters. Not a Voyager, Deluxe, or Legend in sight.

 

Just bought Wheelie and my first Titan Master from Westminster Target today. I got Fangry because I thought he looked like the Japanese version of Skullcruncher's head. Now if only I could find some Titan Masters that looked like Takara's Hardhead, Chromedome, Weirdwolf, Brainstorm, and Cerebros.

They had some of the cassettes/mp3 players and a couple more titan masters left.

Hagerstown Walgreens (on route 40) had 2 Krocks, 1 Triggerhappy and 1 Skullsmasher as of this morning. Bought one Krock, left the rest.

 

In the RANDOM FIND category: Toy Castle in the Cabin John Shopping Center has 6 Combiner Wars Deluxe Groove figures. $19.99 ea. Not a killer deal, but not horrible for the rare find. I grabbed one.. because it was there.  

 

The Ellicott City Walmart has a full slate of Wave 3 TR deluxes, 2 soundwaves, and a voyager Megatron.

 

Lots of wave 3 activity (Deluxe and Voyager) in Northern Virginia.. should be hitting our MD Walmarts all over. I was in Sterling over the weekend and scored Hot Rod and Megatron. Happy Hunting!

 

Georgia Avenue Super WalMart had the new wave of RID Deluxes (Stormshot, Drift in Generations colors, Starscream... I didn't see Blastwave, but I didn't look since I'm not interested in any RID figures).

 

Owings Mills Wamart has a new batch of the revision wave. As well as wave three Legends and Voyagers. Snagged a Megatron, Bumblebee and a Gnaw. Left some bees and kickbacks and both of the voyagers.

 

Arbutus Walmart has two TR Megatron's and an Optimus Prime. No new deluxes

 

It's not strictly in the region, but Waynesboro, PA Walmart had wave 3 deluxes.
