On pegs down the isle with the other action figs. 2 or 3 full pegs of them

 

Mine came shipped in a hasbro factory box, with a special insert for the slant on the package. That’s weird they shipped it out of that box. The outer box was just made for one to ship in anyway. Hmmm Looks like the person doing the shipping screwed up opening that box and said heck w it. Slapped your label on and said done.

 

Crap. All gone.

Guess that saves me some gas money and an after work hunt. If the SS Devastator box set rumors are true, I'll wind up with 3 Overloads, lol.

 

If the box set is true, I’m glad I returned the few constructicons I had picked up, I was late on the SS game and wasn’t going to pay the high prices for a single figure to complete a devastator

damn. That’s shitty. I would def reach out to their complaint department about that.. nothing should be shipped without an outer box ever. I work in Shipping and we would Never do this with ANY of our products..

 

Fun. Amazon just sent me a notice that my Dirge and Ramjet were delayed until mid-September.

 

Lame!  

 

I just tried ordering Overload for pickup from Walamrt's website. It said that Richmond Walmart had 2, so I placed my order, went to pick it up, and they handed me a Scavenger. I told the kid that it wasn't the right one, and he went to see about finding the right figure. He comes back a few minutes later and says there are no managers present (which I'm calling BS on), and they can't do a swap. So, he offers to cancel my order so I can order it again. Because it's after 4, the order won't be ready for pickup until tomorrow. I'm not getting my hopes up that they'll have Overload for me then. It looked like they had just pulled Scavenger off the shelf rather than from a case in the back. I suspect that Walmart's system only sees assortment numbers, despite having specific listings online.

 

I got an actually shipping notice for my sets and then it was marked delayed in transit...and have had no updates since tuesday...which is when it was scheduled to be delivered...now it says if I havent gotten by tomorrow to come back on friday and they will refund my money. I don't want a refund, I want the item I preordered the minute it went up for availability that is now out of stock.

 

Almost the exact same thing happened to me...then they delivered it today. Has yours moved at all?

 

No. Says shipped Monday...got notice at 12:01 Tuesday...tuesday delivery by 8. 3pm 1st notice delayed in transit. 7pm delayed in transit...nothing since. not even a where it shipped from.

 

Interesting...mine was almost identical with respect to the various notifications and times...only difference being that mine shipped Friday (from who knows where) and sat at an Amazon facility on Monday and Tuesday. I’d give it a day and see what happens. I know it’s frustrating...especially given the issues others have had with this release.

 

thats what I said...those complaining about the sticker on box is welcomed as long as I get the figures...but I am hearing about bad QC issues now, and damaged figures from the box getting kicked around...I am definitely holding off on contacting CS as long as I can...because everyone who has has had their order just cancelled.

 

Does it say what courier they used? USPS is having tons of delays right now.

 

Weird. Mine hasn't shipped yet, but is set to arrive on the 31st. Really hoping mine turn out okay on the QC front. How is it that they can get me my LC Psycho Rangers and SPD Omega, in great shape, but they botch these Seekers?

 

Yeah, USPS is having major issues. I bought something off a guy and it's been 3 weeks and not here, been a week sitting in Cincinnati with no updates
