You think that is bad.. I went to the TRU in Windsor and they had what seemed to be over 80+ FE Bumblebees. Too bad the FE Bumblebees are not fetching a good penny on eBay.

    80+ FE Bumblebees?!

If only I had a passport to get into Canada so I can not only buy myself a FE Bumblebee, but a couple for my friends.

LOL yep. It is a FE BB treasure chest! Also if you want a 25th anniversary unicron, they got about 20+ of those too! LOL!

How is the rest of the toy shopping in Windsor? Zellers or Wal-Mart any good? Any other good stores to visit?

Couldn't tell ya. I only went to the TRU when I was there a week ago. There is a Zellers on the way to the Devonshire Mall where the TRU was located though.

    No way!

That's it, I'm so going to work on getting a passport so I can drive over there and get both FE Bumblebee and 25th Anniversary Unicron and whoever else they have over there that I've been dying to get my hands on!

Shopping in Windsor is very expensive though. A DOTM Deluxe at Zeller's will run you about $20 before the ridiculously high 13% tax. Plus fees to cross the bridge or tunnel. Even if you get the figures on sale, they are still just about the price you would pay here in the States, again, before the taxes and border fees. Unless you plan to buy in bulk, it really is not worth it

The point of owning it is i can enjoy a tf still in the box just as much as i can an open one. Me i collect and display. The only benefit of opening a figure to me is just to get a more hands on look since i do not transform any of my tfs. I have a few reserved for tfing which is usually legends. Sometimes a figure in the box just looks alot nicer, like a majority of the prime first editions. But thats my opinion. Hope that sheds some light on the question.

Actually it does. I honestly had no idea anyone bought Transformers to not transform them.

Hi folks, new here. Used to collect, then I stopped and now I'm back!

I usually hunt around the Detroit metro area (Livonia/Novi/Troy/Southfield). Found a lone (and I mean LONE. He was the only thing there) Ratchet at the WalMart in Troy. Been a few other places around the area and haven't seen anything else worth mentioning. I wanna share the wealth so to speak so if I'm out and I see something everybody is looking for, I'll either hide it somewhere ridiculous or grab it and meet up!

(Quick question: how much were the FE's when they were at retail? I picked up a Bumblebee from HTS but the markup around the web on the rest are ridiculous!)

YEA DUDE. Thanks to Plowking, He pointed it out to me. The FE Bees are still at HTS. I like the rid mold, But im here to tell you, dont waste your money. Get the hotshot repaint, and go for that FE. That is one kick butt TF. I have them both now, and im here to tell you, That FE is leaps and bounds better than the rid one. and the rid one aint bad. Plus, They sent me a coupon for 15% off another order from HTS in the box!

Welcome back as well...and the big Bossman is right on. You can still get Bee from HTS

Thanks! And I did grab one from HTS coincidentally after reading your first post about them being there!

So wait Bossman, the FE were around $15 at retail?! Jeez Man...I hope they get another release cuz I'm pretty sure I'll go my whole life without them at those prices they're at now lol

only bb starscream and arcee. Cliffjumper would have been but he never got released. Optimus and bulkhead would have been 20 but they also never got released in the us.

I don't want the Hot Shot repaint. I just don't like the redeco. I already have the RiD Bumblebee, and I think it's okay. I'm definitely going to try and get my hands on FE Bumblebee, but there's other toys that I want to get this month that are high priority.

Believe it or not i thought the same thing about hot shot but like most tfs once you see him in person you realize just how nicea figure hot shot is. Takes that bb mold to a new level.
